Chapter 6~ Invite Him Over?

•Daniel's POV•

I woke up the next morning feeling just as happy as I was yesterday. I really want to get to know Joey.

I had something planned, but I want to do something really cute and show him that I really care.

I think I'm going to invite him over for dinner and cook a delicious homemade meal because I would rather show him my skills than take him to a restaurant. It sounds kind of lame and cliché, but I think it's really cute and I'll be able to learn a lot about him over dinner.

I just hope he'll like my house and everything. I ran around for the rest of the day trying to tidy up my house, which is never messy at all. I'm a very neat and organized person, so I like to keep the house immaculate. Even though my house is already pretty clean, I like to make sure everything is in its place just in case. Plus, I need to make a good first impression.

Now all I need to figure out is what to cook for dinner...

I'm a pretty decent chef, if I do say so myself. I'm not a professional or anything, but I like to think I'm pretty good at cooking and I'm the kind of person who watches cooking shows on tv all the time

Maybe I should just watch a cooking show to get some ideas...

I turned the tv on and saw Martha Stewart pop up on my tv screen. Perfect! I continued watching it until I decided on a dish that was perfect!

I decided on a kale salad, spinach soup, and a lasagna. I wanted to make it somewhat healthy just to show my lifestyle a little bit since I'm vegan.

Now...the hard part.

How should I
Invite him over?
