Chapter 5~ I'm Going To Do It

•Joey's POV•

It's the next day and honestly, I did not sleep well at all last night. All I could think about was that gorgeous guy in the window. I can't believe he's still wandering through mind.

I decided to go outside to get some fresh air. I need to get my mind off this guy.

I went to sit on the bench near the front of my house. I thought maybe I should vlog to try to take my mind off of things.

•Daniel's POV•

I was sitting on the couch eating cereal in my living room while watching some Lost when I heard someone talking outside. I turned around and looked through the window.

It was the same guy from yesterday! He was sitting on the bench, talking to a camera. He must be a vlogger. I wonder if he has a YouTube channel.

I'm so tempted to go outside and talk to him. I have nothing to lose right...

Oh fuck it...why not?

I put on a pair of shoes and checked myself in the mirror to make sure I looked presentable.

I opened the door and checked if he finished vlogging. I didn't want to interrupt anything.

When he finally put his camera away, I walked up to him casually.

D: "Hey"

J: "Oh h-hi," he responded shyly.

D: "Can I sit?"

J: "O-Of course."

D: He's so cute. Even his voice is gorgeous.

D: "What's your name?"

J: "Joseph, but I like being called Joey."

D: Joey, that's such a cute name.

D: "Nice to meet you Joey, I'm Daniel."

J: Damn that's a hot name.

J: "It's nice to meet you too."

D: "So how are you?" I tried to make a conversation.

J: Just thinking about you all day.

J: "I'm doing alright, how about you?"

D: Just thinking about you all day.

D: " I'm doing pretty good."

J: "Did you just move in?"

J: I just have to know. I hope he's my new neighbor.

D: Yup, my homophobic parents kicked me out.

D: Oh shit! Did I just say that? God dammit! Now he'll know! He probably won't like me anymore. For all I know, he could be homophobic too.

J: Wait...if his homophobic parents kicked him out, then doesn't that mean that he's gay? Ok, so I might have a chance right? What am I thinking. He's way out of my league...oh god what do I say?

J: Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that.

J: Wow, lame response...

D: It's ok, I'm glad to be away from them anyways...

J: I wish I was away from my dad...

J: Oh well...I need to go back inside now. I have to feed my dog and upload a video.

J: Oh wait...fuck! I did not just say that...I don't want him to look me up...but that isn't necessarily a bad thing right?

D: Ok, I'll see you around.

J: Bye.

•Daniel's POV•

I walked back into my house feeling like I just accomplished a mission.

I couldn't stop smiling!

I actually talked to him! Finally!

I immediately went back upstairs to my room and plopped myself down on the couch. I looked out of the window just in time to see him walk back into his room. His dog tackled him to the floor and I couldn't help but smile even more if that's possible.

I should plan something to get to know him better. I kind of want to invite him over...is that weird?

Oh wait...I know just how
I'm going to do it.

A/N~ Yay chapter 5! Omg guys let me just say I am so sorry!!! I was seriously busy and I just didn't have enough to time to update especially since my finals r in a couple of days 😭 I know I said I was going to update every other day but I really can't manage to do that right now and I hope u guys understand.
