I went back up to room and sat on the couch. I still haven't decided how to invite him over yet.
Should I just straight up ask him or should I surprise him?
I definitely want to surprise him with something cute.
I let out a frustrated sigh. This is harder than I thought. It's hard to decide on what to do or what to get.
I turned around to look out the window. I could see Joey's window was open again, like always. He always seems to have his window open.
Wait...I just got the best idea ever!
I ran downstairs into the living room, grabbed my keys, and drove to Target.
I bought a cute teddy bear and an empty card.
When I got home, I opened up the card and wrote a little note inviting him over for dinner.
I tied the card to the bear and brought it upstairs to my room.
I have to make sure I do this right or else it's going to be a waste.
I knelt on the couch and picked up the bear with the card tied to it. I also sprayed a teeny tiny bit of my cologne on it just to add a little touch.
I took aim and threw it right across the alley and into his window.
To my surprise, it landed sitting upright on his couch.
Yes! Thankfully, I didn't miss and drop it into the trash below the windows.
I also drew a heart on a piece of paper and taped it to my window, just so he knows it's from me. I didn't put my name on the card because I wanted to be a little bit mysterious.
Now all I have to do is
