Once Again

Everythings too consistent for me when it comes to work. When I entered the break room, I almost collapsed on the floor if Sasha hadn't been there.

"[f/n]! Congrats on the win!" Sasha cheered as if accomplishing the dare was a huge thing. I rubbed my forehead, remembering the what I did lately.

Work was dismissed from us and we were just hanging around in the break room. The door bursted open, Hanji strode in with a grin.

"Good work, everybody! Keep it up, alright?" she clapped her hands, as if that would pick up our tired spirits. But I think leaving the letter was the most nerve-killing.

Earlier, I just accomplished the dare Hanji and Sasha gave me, and that is leaving a love/fan letter for Levi.

Part of me believed that Boss Levi might pop a vein once he reads it, I just hoped not. He'll probably ignore it just like a popular senpai rejecting a lowly kouhai's letter. Maybe.

A hand landed on my shoulder "You too. Good job, [f/n]" Hanji grinned.

I was about to say something when Eren entered the room.

He has a serious look on his face, but what made it unconvincing was his flushed cheeks. As if something embarrassing just happened to him.

"Yo'! Eren, good job today!" Hanji greeted "Y-yeah, thanks" for some reason, Eren's teal green eyes gazed at me which made me blink. His gaze seemed to tell me something.

"Um, excuse me uh.." Eren started, looking around at the others but not me "Can you leave me and [f/n]? Alone? I have to talk to her privately"

"Ooooh!~" Sasha and Hanji cooed, placing a hand on their mouths as if they're shocked. I blushed "What the heck, guys"

Eren sent a look to Mikasa, there was an invisible exchange between them and Mikasa approach the two and dragged them out of the room. Which they didn't resist.

"Oh, Eren you're gettin' it!" Hanji called.

"There are surveillance cameras so be carefu-" Sasha yelled but, fortunately, was cut-off when Mikasa shut the door behind her, leaving me and Eren alone.

There was a brief silence and I wondered what Eren wanted from me. I thought about earlier. Nope, probably not about the letter. Then he spoke up.

"Um, [f/n]?" He called

"Yeah?" I replied

"This is from you, right?"

I blinked "What?"

Eren held up a familiar looking envelope. I blinked immediately as I took the material in my hand.

Smooth and scented. My favorite.

Wait

This is the letter I was dared to give to Levi! How did Eren got his hand on this? That twerp, snooping around Levi's stuffs...

"W-where did you find this?" I looked up at him. He shrugged "It was in my bag" he said.

I gasped. Wait, don't tell me, I slipped it into the wrong bag?! Or worse...Eren probably read it.

"Y-you read it?.." I asked, shaking.

Eren hesitated for a while before a slight blush appeared on his cheeks. He scratched the back of his head sheepishly.

Oh my gosh, he did.

My hands were trembling as I opened the envelope and took out the letter.

Unfolding it, I decided to read it again.

This is not what I bargained for...

Gulping, I took a deep shaky breath. Mixed emotions right now, embarrassment, surprise and much more.
