Things are easier when said than done. After saying yes to Sasha's dare, it was difficult to leave the letter.

Another thing is that writing the letter was a huge pain in the arse.

Sasha said to write fangirly things, and I swore, even if I was a fangirl of Boss Levi, I wouldn't write anything like this. There's one sentence I wrote.

'I like how you look when you're so focused on your work'

Sasha saw this as I wrote on my paper. She sat by me and gazed at it with narrowed eyes. She turned to me.

"Make it more fangirly"

"You mean, girly?"

"Fangirly. This is not convincing enough! Come on write something else!" Sasha whined.

I was about to protest when she snatched away the paper and started fixing my writing.

She returned the paper to me, and what was written made me cringe.

'Whenever I see you looking so focused on your work, my heart goes doki~doki~!'

And hearts were scribbled around the text. I stared at the paper with a heavy gaze, eyes shadowed. Is this straight out from a shoujo manga? I thought.

In the end, I left it be. I finished the letter, but Sasha polished into something fangirlish.

The paper was folded neatly and tucked into a pink, scented paper envelope. I sealed it, making sure its tightly shut.

This is the hardest part. On how I'm going to leave the letter. It was around lunch time, and the guys are probably in the breakroom.

On some days I noticed Boss Levi hanging around with Eren and the others. I prayed that he would be with them now, because that's all I needed.

Holding the letter in my hands, I made my way to the breakroom, hearing the muffled laughs and voices of the guys.

I already made a plan in my head, and I hoped really hard it would work. All I need is someone to distract them.

Fortunately, Hanji was walking down the opposite direction and she saw me by the breakroom door.

"Oya, [f/n]! Watcha' doin-" I pulled her to my side immediately.

"H-Hanji-san.." I started "What? Oh, wait are you going to leave the le-" I shushed her this time.

If there was a voice so loud that it could be heard in the whole office floor, that would be Hanji's.

"Well, um, since you and Sasha dragged me to this. Can you at least help me?" I asked in a low voice.

"Oh sure! What do you want me to do?" I was surprised that Hanji could tame her voice down.

"Just, you know..." I shrugged, nudging my head to the breakroom door. "...with them. Maybe you can distract them for a bit?"

I told her the my plan and it took no effort to convince her. She nodded vigorously and we entered the breakroom. Relief flooded me when I saw Boss Levi, leaning against the counter behind him.

His short, raven, undercut hair matched his narrowed, intimdating grey eyes. Even with those, he naturally looked cool and clean. Eren stood beside him by the counter. On the counter behind them were their office bags.

The problem is, I don't know which is Boss Levi's. Probably the one behind him, the black one.

"Hey, Hanji-san! [f/n]!" Connie was the first to greet us with a huge grin. I waved with a faint smile as I clutched the letter in my hand behind my back.

"Yo' Connie, Jean, Armin and Eren!" Hanji greeted them with a cheerful smile as she turned to Boss Levi. I looked at the man as well.

Our eyes met and I tensed up as I tipped my head nervously in greeting. He did the same, his face expressionless and I relaxed a little.

His intense gaze is enough to make an employee nervous. You have no idea what he's thinking behind those onyx eyes.

"And Levi!" Hanji chimed, throwing her arm around the short male's shoulders, intentionally pulling him away from his previous spot. She shot me a brief look, and I knew this was my chance.

"How ya' doin', short stack?" Hanji laughed, trying to give Boss Levi a noogie, only failing as he wriggled away from her, prying her arms away to let go of him.

"goddamnit, shitty four-eyes, get off me!" He said in the most pissed-off tone I've ever heard from him.

I gulped, I wonderd where she got the guts to do that to Boss Levi. Add the fact that he's terrying in some ways. Especially when he's on beast-mode.

I smoothly approached Eren, chuckling nervously as Hanji and Levi bickered. I stood on the spot where
Levi previously was.

"They're really loud when they're together huh?" Eren chuckled beside me as he propped his shoulders on the counter.

"Y-yeah.." I chuckled. He's not my main focus at the moment. I need to slide this letter into Levi's bag.

I leaned back slightly, letter in my hand. I kept my gaze on Hanji and Levi. Connie, Jean, Armin and Eren were laughing around.

I palmed around the counter behind me for his bag. I caught my breath once I felt the bag under my fingers. I checked on Eren, good thing he's still distracted by Jean and Connie.

I poked around the bag for the pocket, gazing every now and then briefly to make sure I was doing it right.

Finally I found the side pocket, and as quick as I could, I tucked the scented envelope into it. It was really hard since I did it without facing the bag. My arms hurt a bit from doing it backwards.

I brought my hands back to my sides and sighed in relief. Eren gazed at me.

"You okay?" he asked. Still fazed, I whipped my head to Eren.

"H-huh?!" I exclaimed. Eren was jumped a bit at my sudden outburst.

"Are you okay?" He asked again, his teal eyes narrowed a bit in worry. I pursed my lips.

Okay, okay [f/n], calm down...

I showed a faint smile and chuckled to cover it up. "Y-yeah, I am. Sorry about that, I was just thinking off..." I trailed off before shrugging "...stuffs"

"Oh I see. You got me there" Eren chuckled, crossing his arms as he stood back up. "Don't think too hard. I don't want to see you stressing" he said.

"Y-yeah.." I scratched my cheek awkwardly as I gaze at Hanji. Levi finally got away from her, a scowl on his face.

"Damn you, shitty four-eyes" he cussed, smoothing down his clothes "Lunch break is almost over. Better get back to your work place"

"Aye, aye!~" Hanji chimed when she suddenly grabbed my arm, pulling me out of the breakroom. "See ya' later, Levi!" she called.

When we got out of the room and walked back. Hanji leaned a bit slightly to ask in a low voice, once again surprisingly.

"I'm guessing its a mission success?" she asked. I nodded, huffing in relief.

"Yeah"

"Alright!!!" Hanji slapped my back in praise which made me stagger forward.

But then, I had no idea how wrong I was.
