Laura's POV

I woke up the next morning and rushed to the music room because I had dreamed of an awesome song in my mind. As I was running through the hallway I dashed pass Ross who was just coming out of the bathroom from his morning shower.

"Hey slow down!" He yelled with a slight chuckle as I ran down the stairs. As soon as I got to the piano the notes immediately flowed through my finger I played a couple then looked around for some paper and something to write with. When I found a music sheet and a pencil. I jotted down the notes and then continued to play some more notes starting to form a melody. Just as I am writing down some more notes Ross walks through the door. "Oh now I see you had a song in your head." Ross says leaning up against the end of the grand piano.

"Yeah and I didn't want to lose it." I finish for him. "Actually it is a song I have been thinking about for awhile and I think it will sound better on the guitar." I say spinning around on the piano bench and picking up the closest acoustic guitar, starting to tune it. Once it is tuned I play the notes I had written on my music sheet. "How did that sound?" I ask looking up from the music sheet to Ross.

"Amazing." Ross cheers clapping his hands. I laugh and put the guitar down. "No seriously that sounded great." Ross compliments taking a seat next to me on the piano bench.

"Thanks." I say giving Ross a smile.

"You should try and get a record deal." Ross suddenly yells shooting up from his spot next to me on the piano bench, making me jump.

"Ross that's ridiculous." I retort pushing a stray hair out of my face.

"No it's not." Ross says sitting back down.

"He's right it's not." Ryland says as he casually walks in.

"What are you talking about?" I ask Ryland turning to look at him.

"Well Ross suggested it a while back when we were recording you can come to me." Ryland starts playing with the sound board setting up for a day of recording with the band.

"Suggested what?" I raise an eyebrow and turn back to look at Ross.

"I took your solo part put it on a disc and sent it out to a couple record labels as a sample demo." Ryland replies taking a seat in the giant black swivel chair and spinning so he was facing Ross and I.

"And?" I ask encouraging him to continue.

"All of the record labels want a full demo and meeting with you." Ryland finishes a satisfied smirk plastered on his face.

"What?" I ask completely dumbfounded.

"So do you want to do it or what?" Ross asks his eyes shining.

"I don't even have a manager." I argue.

"I can be your manager." Ryland offers. Ross and Ryland are both staring at me intently waiting for my answer.

"I'm in." I say after thinking about for a couple seconds. "Thanks for everything." I say hugging both of them.

"No problem you totally deserve a record deal you are amazing." Ryland compliments as I pull away from the hug.

"Thanks." I blush and look down.

"Okay so I will call the labels and set up meetings this week." Ryland says then leaves the room dialing a number as he goes.

"So I was wondering if you would let me escort you to the end of the year bash tomorrow?" Ross asks getting down on one knee.

"I would be honored." I do a courtesy and then I start giggling.
