"Do you feel like a young god? You know that two of us are just young gods and we'll be flying through the streets with the people underneath and they're running running running,"

We were having practice for the next tournament when Zach told us that he will throw a party tonight. All of the members beamed and I know it has been a long time we didn't go to party since the last party that we had-when Elle and I fought.

Elle. I miss her so much.

"So, are you coming tonight, Arthur?" Zach asked. I looked at Arthur and he nodded to Zach.

"Of course," he said.

"You should bring Ellie," Brandon said. Arthur didn't say anything.

"What about you captain?" Ian asked.

Do I want to go? Elle must don't want to see me there.

"I have some things to do, maybe no," I said, shrugged.

"Okay," he said and asked the other members. After practice I walked to the locker room for a change. After change, I walked out from the room and heard someone was talking outside the locker room. It sounds like Arthur.

"Ellie," Arthur beamed.

Elle is here? But I didn't hear any respond from Elle. He must be on the phone with her. I eavesdropped their conversations.

"Do you want to go party tonight?" he asked.

"Ouch, I'm not that bad. No, it is just a casual party. It's Zach's," he said and waited as Elle is talking.

"Don't worry, Lucas won't be here, he said that he didn't want to come, some issues maybe," he said.

I knew it. She doesn't want to see me there. Fuck, what I've done. Our eleven years friendship disappeared just like that, like ashes.

"Don't have to, I'll pick you up at seven," he said and ended the call.

What was that? Why he act like that with Elle. I bet that Elle must be mad. Arthur walked down the hall to the parking lot. I sighed and walked out from the locker room.

I was lying on my bed-thinking about what I should do. I feel boring as hell, staying at home doing nothing. It's nine o'clock. My phone beeped as the message popped out on the screen. It was from Arthur. What does he want? I opened up the message and read it.

Why don't you come to the party? Ellie isn't here anyway. She doesn't want to come.

I replied his message.

I won't come even Elle isn't there. I still have some business to settle here.

I lied.

Okay. If that's what you want.

Is that what I want? I stood up and changed into a black t-shirt and dark jeans. The t-shirt makes my biceps and six-packs want to jump out off of the shirt but I ignored it. It is just a party. I walked out from the house and drove to Zach's. There are a lot of students from our school. I killed the engine and walked inside the house. The music blaring so loud and my eyes roaming around the room-searching for Nate and Carl since they said that they're coming to the party.
