"Morning mum, dad, Rosie," I greeted once I walked into the dining room.

"Morning," they said in unison.

"Morning Mr. Jean, Mrs. Jean, Rosie," Luke greeted and they all smiled and as usual Rosie and mum are grinning.

"Wanna breakfast?" mum asked...to Luke! Not me!

"No it's fine. We're already late. Bye mum dad Rosie," I hollered and pulled Luke by the wrist to walk out from the house.

"Hey slow down babe," he said chuckled.

"Shut up," I said and walked towards his car.

I slid into the passenger seat and after a while, Luke slid into the driver seat. We put on the seatbelt and drifted out to school. Once we arrived the school, I can't stop thinking about Arthur. Is he okay? How he went home yesterday?

"Luke," I called.

"Yes?" he asked.

"Can we not telling people that we are together yet? Because you know...people still thinking that I'm with Arthur and people will be talking that I'm dumping Arthur because of you," I said.

"I understand Elle...we'll keep it in a low key," he whispered and I laughed.

"Thank you Luke," I said and hugged him.

"I love you Elle," he said, hugged me back and kissed my cheek.

"I love you too."

•••

We both walked inside the school-acting like nothing happened between us; just two best friends that have been a couple of idiots for eleven years. We met all of our friends at the locker. I walked towards them and hugged Chloe.

"Hey, Ellie," she beamed, hugging me back.

"Lucas! You're here!" Nate beamed.

"Yeah man," Luke said, smiled.

"I don't know what Ellie have done to you but I bet she did it well right," Nate said, patted Luke's back and they laughed. Chloe nudged my upper arm and wiggling her eyebrows.

"You owe me a damn explaination from A to Z girl," she whispered and I rolled my eyes. I make her wish comes true.

"So tell me," she said excitedly.

We are currently in Chemistry class as usual with Mr. Downey was explaining something to the student who asked him a question. I took a deep breath before explaining everything to her. Her face just like Rosie's; lightened up with a big grin that could split her pretty face anytime soon.

"I. Knew. It!" she beamed.

"Miss Quinn, care to tell us what that you know about?" Mr. Downey asked from the front. Oh shit.

"Oh it is just Ellie is teaching me about the equation and we got the right answer," she lied and Mr. Downey smiled.

"Good then," he settled in and get back to the student.

"That's so damn close," I whispered and she grinned. We were now in the cafeteria. Luke was talking with Ryan and his clique before walking towards our table and settled beside me.

"Hey," he greeted, grinned.

"Hey." We were talking and eating when a student bursted through the cafeteria double door and yelled.

"First Edition of GL Gossips Click!"

"Wait what?" Dana asked.

"What edition?" Chloe asked.

Our school head editor, Samantha Horran walked inside the cafeteria with a pile of magazine, I guess in her hands and her secretary or her other fellow followed her tail and also with a pile of magazines in their hands.

"Good afternoon everyone," Samantha started and we all turned our attention towards her.

"Last week, in High School Editors Competition, our school won the first place!" she beamed and everyone cheered. No wonder. Samantha Horran is a magnificent editor and also a big damn gossiper. In school yearbook, she even posted about top gossips of the year one third of the book.

"And now, we got an approval from the principal Mr. Sherwood to publish our first edition of our own magazine...other than the lame yearbook titled GL Gossips Click! This magazine will be published every week and it fills with latest gossips all around this school!" she said sassily and I gaped.

Well, I'm not the only one who gaping. We have others; Dana, Chloe, Carl, Luke, Nate, Ryan, Natasha and all of the top cliques.

"So, who wants the first edition?!" she beamed and everyone started to rush towards her and her gang to grab it.

"What the hell is going on?" Dana asked.

"Please don't ask," I said.

"Wow, Arthur Daniels and Elizabeth Jean as the front cover," one of the students said.

"Fuck what?" I shrieked.

I stood up and walked towards Samantha.

"Give me one," Luke said and Samantha passed one to him.

"Enjoy," she said, smiled.

Luke and I looked at the front cover of magazine and I gaped.

Elizabeth Jean and Arthur Daniels Split Up After Two Weeks Together.

"H-how d-do they k-know?" I stuttered.

"Sam, what is this?" Luke asked Samantha.

"Oh, I got that information through email from someone about it," she said.

Email? Who else that knows about it? Of course not Luke... I grabbed the magazine and read the the further descriptions.

Our Spring Dance Princess and Prince, Elizabeth Jean and Arthur Daniels declared about their relationship a few weeks after the Spring Dance. However, their relationships didn't last long because of Elizabeth's love towards Lucas, her best friend.

Their two-weeks relationship vanished within air when Lucas Hemsworth, our school football captain decided to move to New York because he wanted to let Elizabeth go. But don't you jump into the conclusion yet because the whole thing Elizabeth-Arthur relationship was just definitely fake.

My legs and hands were shaking. Nobody knows about this before. The magazine slipped out from my hold and my body was trembling. Chloe caught me and stabilized me.

"Are you okay?" Chloe asked.

"N-no."

Luke picked the magazine but Arthur got it first. My eyes directed to Arthur and gasped. He read the articles and before I can catched up on what happened, he already torn the magazine out. People around us gasped and their voices started to echo in the cafeteria. My eyes still on him. What he was doing?

"Who the fuck did this?" He growled.

"I-I it w-wasn't my f-fault," Samantha stuttered.

"THIS! IS! BULLSHIT!" he shouted every word clearly and that time, exactly on that time, I could see the real Arthur Daniels.

And I, Elizabeth Sophie-Anne Jean does not want to see this side of Arthur James Daniels anymore again.
