"I'm thinking, "damn, if these walls could talk" oh, and they'll be like, shit is crazy right? I ain't your baby no more,"
ㅡ Walls Could Talk; Halsey
•••
Luckily we weren't late for class. I got into my class a few minutes late and Mrs. Carlos wasn't in class yet. Natasha and Ryan were sitting in the other row and I could see that Ian and Katherine are in their own bubbles. I secretly in debt with them both for saving us from my last gossips.
GL Gossip Clicks has no hot news now since there's nothing new about us, just some old stuffs like our upcoming graduation day and prom night that will be held in less than two months. Final exams is around the corner and I'm going to miss high school, volleyball teams and all students here.
School ended dismally and I was waiting outside of Luke's class. Playing with my phone before Nate and Dana came right at me and Dana hugged me.
"How was your class?" Dana asked after pulling away.
"Dismay," I said with a shrug.
"Same," she said and starting a conversation with Nate who's struggling with his backpack.
After a while, Luke came out from his class and smiled once he saw me. He walked towards me and hugged me before turning to Nate for their trademark handshake.
"Where's Chloe?" I asked Dana.
"In the grand hall for graduation day meeting," Dana said.
"Can't believe that we're going to graduate in a couple months," Nate said and we all nodded in agreement.
"Are you free tonight? I wanna hang out with you guys," Dana asked.
"Well, I supposed to be free," Luke said.
"What do you mean?" Dana asked.
"You supposed to be free? Supposed to be?" I asked incredulously, emphasis on each words.
"Yeah, I-" Luke reasoned but I cut his words.
"My cousin Perry is throwing a party tonight at his apartment before she fly to New York to meet her parents," I explained to Dana.
"But clearly Luke sounds like he is forced to go to the party with me," I continued.
"No Elle I just-"
"It's fine guys, maybe some other time," Dana said, smiled.
"I just I'll just get going, Dane is waiting for me," she continued and give me a hug before bid us goodbye and walking away.
"I guess it's my cue, see you guys next week," Nate said and walked away.
"Let's go," Luke said and intertwined our hands before walking down the aisle to the parking lot.
I stayed silence because I'm mad with Luke's behaviour towards Perry. He showed up attitudes since the day Perry came here and in fact, she is my cousin. We got into his car and Luke accelerating out from the school to home.
"Say something," Luke started.
"Like what?" I snapped.
