Callie's POV:
I tidied up my studio, excited for the visitor to come. Winnie, the old lady from the studio, was visiting my studio to give me advice and constructive criticism.
A knock in the door signaled that she was here. I excitedly ran over to the door, my converse hitting the wooden floor.
"Hey Winnie!" I said excitedly when I opened the door.
"Hello Callista!" She replied excitedly, coming in. For the first hour I showed her all of my art pieces and talked with her about art.
"Would you like some tea?" I offered.
"That sounds lovely, thank you!" I got up and walked over to the fridge and microwave I had in the corner (hey, a girl's gotta eat!) and began to make tea.
"So, is there any significant other in your life?" She asked.
"Yeah I have a boyfriend named Alex. We live here and he goes to University." I replied.
"That's lovely. What's he like?" She asked.
"Well he's really funny and sweet, but the pressure of Uni is stressing him out so he's been a bit... Ignorant and uptight lately." I responded.
"Well, are you happy with him?" She asked.
"Yeah, of course." I replied, maybe just a bit too quickly to sound casual.
"Just remember, make decisions that you feel happiest with." She reminded me, and I felt as if there was a double-meaning behind what she was saying, though I let the subject drop. We talked a bit more and she left, so I sat at my desk and wrote in my journal until my phone rang.
"Hey." Liam said.

Liam's POV:
"Hey." I said to her through the phone.
"Hey Liam!" She said happily, and I could hear her music in the background; Paramore, I believe.
"So I was wondering if you'd like to go to a party tonight with me. Just as friends, of course." I said. I could never like her. It's not like there's anything wrong with her, it's just that I could never do that to Harry.
"I think Alex is going to study at Max's, so okay!"
"Great. I'll pick you up at seven. Do you mind texting me your address?" I asked.
"Yeah of course. See you then!" She said a little too happy.
I chuckled.
"See you then."

Door 3B, this had to be it. I knocked on the door and heard stumbling on the other side of the door and furrowed my eyebrows in worry. Maybe she was getting killed or something.
A minute later the door opened, revealing a stunning girl.
"Sorry, walking in heels isn't my thing." She said, causing me to laugh.
"Come on, crazy girl. The party's been going for an hour already." I said as I stuck my arm out for her to take hold of.
She smiled gratefully. We made small-talk until we reached the party.

Callie's POV:
The house was huge and full of young adults, some scattered in the yard already hammered. Music pounded and I could hear it even thought I was still on the sidewalk.
I looked over at Liam nervously. He must've noticed my nervousness because he gave me a reassuring smile.
"You'll be fine." He assured me.
We entered the house and wove through the dancing, sweaty bodies. We sat at the bar and were handed bottles of who-knows-what.
"Thanks." I said to the person who handed it to me.
"I'm gonna go dance, care to join?" Liam asked.
"No thanks. I'm not really the dancing type." I said, which was completely true. Going in the middle of a large crowd of drunk people and dancing to pop music isn't my idea of fun.
"Suit yourself." He said, taking another swig of beer and setting it down before walking away.
I took out my phone and scrolled through Tumblr until I felt a tap on my shoulder.
"Callie?" The familiar voice asked. I instantly recognize the chocolate-brown curls and hypnotizing green eyes.
"Hey Harry!" I beamed.
"What are you doing here?" He asked, taking a seat next to me.
"I came with Liam." I said, shrugging and taking a drink.
"Where is he?"
"Dancing." I pointed to the dance floor where he was dancing, not grinding, with a beautiful girl, though you could tell that nothing sexual was going on since he was with Danielle.
"Why aren't you dancing?" He asked.
"I don't dance (A/N oh my god thats a song from HSM)." I told him.
"Come on, dance with me! Live a little!" He said, tugging on my arm.
"Harry I don't think that's a good ide-" I began but we were already halfway to the dance floor. He pulled me into the crowd and grabbed my arms and waved them all around crazily, causing me to giggle.
We both danced like idiots for a couple songs, laughing and enjoying ourselves. Suddenly a slow song came on and random people started slow-dancing.
"May I have this dance, Callie Evans?" He asked in a posh accent.
I giggled. "Yes, Sir Harold, you may."
His arms snaked around my waist and mine wrapped around his neck.
Our eyes met and I swear we were the only ones in the whole room, no matter how cliché that sounds. We didn't speak, for I was afraid that if I spoke I would wake up and this would all be just a dream.
The song ended and I felt someone tug at my wrist.
"Hey, we gotta go. Danielle just texted me and she needs me to buy her pineapple, I don't know why." He said, seeming apologetic but smirking at Harry for some unknown reason.
"Okay, goodbye Harry." I kissed him on the cheek, but ignored the sparks I felt as I followed Liam out.
I had Alex.
Alex, my boyfriend.
Alex, the boy I was with instead of Harry.
Harry, the boy that made me laugh.
The boy that made me smile.
The boy that made me feel loved.
