The Eye of Horus

So, HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE.

This is some random stuff I came up with on the way home from the NYE festival I went to. While I was there I got a temporary tattoo shaped like a stylised eye - in Egypt this is called the Eye of Horus. I know this coz of Kane Chronicles so... BACKSTORY - Horus is the Egyptian god of war (if memory serves me correctly) and yeah.
I also made a cover coz I was bored and it was a long car trip home :(

Title: The Eye of Horus
Characters: Idk umm... This is just something ramdom so lets say... The nine but focussed on... ummm... Lyra maybe?
Plot: So pretty much what happened in real life - Lyra goes to some sort of festival or something, sees the tattoo, thinks it looks cool and gets it, not knowing what it is (okay, so not really what actually happened but eh). She shows her friends and they're all like 'oh cool' but then Becky, for instance, is like, 'huh, I wouldn't think that you knew this symbol' etc etc, and Lyra's all like 'whaaat?' and so Becky explains how it's the symbol of an Egyptian God blah blah blah. Something happens and Lyra starts to be able to tap into the god's power. Example - She might be walking home one night and she gets mugged, but she fights them off, even though she's never done a self-defence class in her life. And as she's fighting, the tattoo glows blue. So, she tells the other girls and Becky's all like 'you're using the god's power, be careful because it can be addictive and if you overexert yourself you could die'. So there are three endings:
1) Coz the tattoo is only temporary (the girls are like fifteen, they're not gonna get real ones!) it starts to rub of and Lyra loses its power
2) She uses too much power and dies (and Becky gets to say 'I told you so').
3) She goes back the next year and gets it again, uses it for good or bad (your choice) and eventually gets it as an actual tattoo.

So there, have some more stuff to think about. Also, anyone who has read the Kane Chronicles, this probably makes more sense.
