Chapter 7

I'm actually excited to be going to school today. I can wear my own clothes and let my hair down. I'm wearing my leather jacket today because my mom would never let me wear it to school. Louis had to come into school early today because he had morning practice. When I pulled into my usual parking spot Niall was waiting for me. His new car is a Range Rover. His parents were pissed when he killed his Audi. I got out of my car and Niall had a shocked face on.
"Aren't your parents going to be pissed that you're wearing that?"
"No, this is actually what I asked for. I wanted to be able to be me and wear what I want with my hair down." We headed to the school.
"Well, that's awesome. How does it feel to have more freedom?" He asked with a chuckle.
"Amazing." I laughed, "Oh, but there is one more thing that will surprise you even more." I told him with a big smile.
"What is it?" Niall asked as I opened my locker.
"Oh my god. This tattoo hurt so much as I got it." Sophia walked by showing a few of her sad little bitches a tiny tattoo on her arm. She opened her locker then looked at me surprised at my new look, "What the hell?" She whispered. I took off my leather jacket revealing some of my tattoos. All of their faces pretty much dropped.
"So that's the surprise. Shit, I didn't know you had tattoos." Niall said as I put my jacket in my locker.
"That's because I was the only one who knew." Louis came from behind Niall and gave me a kiss, "You look amazing." Louis smiled.
"How does he know? Wait, you two didn't-"
"No Niall. I would just change into a short sleeve shirt and it shows. Oh Louis, Sophia was complaining about her one little tattoo she got on her arm." I smiled.
"Yeah well I have the right too. I bet those are all fake as you are obviously trying to make yourself more cool, try-hard." Sophia with her little group came over. Then two of them grabbed my arm. They put a wet washcloth against one of my tattoos and tried to rub it off. I just smiled at her.
"It's not coming off." One of the girls said.
"Sophia they aren't fake." Louis said.
"Come on." Sophia and her group walked away.
"You just made Sophia feel like trash." Niall told me.
"Well, she started it. I just stood here." I smiled.
"Skye, you look-" Liam was about to walk past us but he stopped and looked at me.
"Different, I know." I nodded.
"Yeah but in a really good way." He grinned.
"Alright, let's get to class." Louis grabbed my hand and we headed towards class. I looked at Louis and grinned.
"You are a little jealous aren't you?"
"No." He's lying.
"Yes you are! Now that I'm able to be me, I'm getting attention. Oh my god, you're jealous!" I chuckled. He stopped me right outside of our class. He took both of my hands.
"I just never expected that you would get this much attention. Then the way Liam looked at you. I just don't want you to change. Like your personality. You can dress however and I will still love you. Just promise me that you won't take in the attention and change?" He worried. I lifted up his left hand and pointed to the promise ring.
"Louis, I said yes to the promise ring for a reason. I won't ever change and no one can stop me from loving you." I told him, "I'm wearing my ring and so are you. I'm still wearing your bracelet, and I will never take this necklace off. Louis Tomlinson, you are my pride and joy everyday." I smiled.
"Thank you." He gave me a kiss then took my hand and we walked into class. People stared at me. Louis and I sat down. I turned to my right and looked at him. I can tell he's still a little worried.
"Hey, I love you." I told him.
He smiled, "I love you too." I gave him a kiss.
"Tomlinson, who's that girl you got there?" One of the football guys asked from the back of the room. Louis looked down. He looked back up at me and rolled his eyes.
"Tommo, you hit that yet?" Another guy said. Louis stood up quickly and looked at them.
"Fucking shut your mouth mate! Can't I just have any privacy in my life?" Louis' pissed. He's really hot when he's angry.
"Woah, sorry Tommo. Chill." The other guy said. Louis sat down slowly, "He totally hit that." Louis heard that from the expression on his face.
"Alright!" Louis shouted and got up quickly. He started to head over to them. I got up and grabbed him before he got any closer.
"Louis, he's not worth it." I told Louis calmly. Louis and I went back over to our seats. He looked down, "Babe, why are you so wild up?" I asked. He looked up at me.
"When Liam first started dating Sophia this is how the guys acted."
"We aren't Liam and Sophia." I told him.
"They're going to be treating you like you're a Barbie and be all over you." I looked at them. One of them winked at me. I flipped him off.
"Lou, you know I can handle myself. I only have one class where I have none of us in with the football guys in. But Liam is in that class. You know he'll protect me."
"What if he just acts like one of them."
"He won't. He's changed remember? Liam protected you before already. I'm sure he'll do the same to me. You don't have to worry." I smiled at Louis. I gave him a nice gentle kiss.
"Ok." He grinned.
"By the way, you look really hot when you're angry." I told him and we both chuckled.
"So, are you ready for music today?" He asked.
"Yeah." I smiled.
"Good."
"Are you going to sing?" I asked.
"I don't know yet." He smiled.
