Chapter 11

Monday, the one day that no one wants to get up. I'm literally so tired and I also got my period this morning which sucks! I now have horrible cramps and I'm just not in the mood for anything today. Louis just keeps bringing up Friday night. It was amazing. But I had to tell Louis that whenever I get cramps like this, I really don't feel like anything. Friday, the boys have their final. Louis is freaking out a bit. Now that Harry and Niall are on the team they can't do practices at the end of the day because Harry and Niall have class. For me though, Thursday is Thanksgiving technically. My parents still want to have a nice dinner but I'm not in the mood for it. The holiday only feels right when we have the big family dinner and I told them that. They'll let me know because they don't even know if they have off from work. It's now getting cold out and so Louis may start wearing beanies soon which makes me excited. I like it when he wears beanies. But I'm waiting by my locker for Louis so we can walk to Music together.
"How are you feeling? Any better?" Louis gave me a kiss on the cheek.
"Not really." I responded as he took my hand and headed off to Music.
"Hopefully we don't do much in Music then." He said.
"Hopefully." When we arrived in our class Zoe was sitting next to Sophia. I'm not going to be used to this.
"Hey." Sophia smiled at us and we sat down. I didn't even smile back. I'm never in a good mood when I get my period, "Someone isn't happy today."
"She has bad cramps and is never in a good mood." Louis explained.
"Ok, I know how that is." Zoe giggled.
"Anyways, how'd you and Niall turn out?" I asked Zoe. She grinned and pulled her shirt down a little. She has a nice hickey there.
"Congrats I guess." Louis chuckled.
"They're both happy." I grinned.
"Yeah so are we." Louis pulled down his shirt a little and showed the few hickeys I gave him.
"Did you?" Sophia grinned. I pulled my shirt down, "So, no more sexual frustration?" Sophia giggled with Zoe.
"No." Louis and I said at once. Louis gave me a kiss.
"Ok class, right before holiday break you will all have to preform a solo. You can play an instrument if you would like but the band will be here to help us out." Ms. Tenner told us. A solo?! No! I've never sung alone in front of people. I'm always with Louis. Freaking worst day.
"I know exactly what I want to sing." Louis took my hand and looked at me. Good for him because I have no idea.
"Please let me know before you leave class." Ms. Tenner said as she sat down at her desk.
"I'll wait outside for you." Louis got up with his bag and went over to Ms. Tenner. Zoe and Sophia then got up. What the hell? I have no clue on what to sing. This literally sucks. I sat here as slowly people got up and left. I'm literally the last one here. Louis texted about five minutes ago that he's gonna head off to his next class. Ms. Tenner came over to me and pulled a chair in front of me then sat down.
"You have no clue on what to sing do you?"
"No." I looked at her.
"Well, your boyfriend Louis knew right away and I think it's sweet." She smiled.
"Well, he knows how to sing in front of many people. I've never done it alone." I told her.
"I will tell you one thing. You have such a sweet yet powerful voice. You can almost sing anything. I would like you to maybe challenge yourself. Maybe play the guitar also." She told me.
"I still don't know though. I'm still not comfortable with my voice." Then Liam walked in, "Liam, I thought you had bed rest?" I questioned and Ms. Tenner turned around.
"I talk to your mum on the phone actually and she said if I'm comfortable to go to school then I can come back." He sat down next to me.
"Did you just get here?"
"Yeah, my mum just dropped me off. I can't drive so I'll need a ride home from someone. But why are you still here?" He wondered.
"Liam, the next assignment is a solo performance. Skye has no idea what song to choose." Ms. Tenner told him.
"Skye, really? Your two favorite genres of music is rock and country. You can't think of anything?" Liam grinned.
"Skye, what is your favorite rock song?" Ms. Tenner asked.
"I would have to say either Gimme Shelter by The Rolling Stones or Sweet Home Alabama by Lynrd Skynrd."
"Since you aren't fully comfortable with your voice yet, I would choose Sweet Home Alabama." Ms. Tenner smiled.
"Ok." I nodded.
"Liam, are you going to be able to do this assignment?" Ms. Tenner asked.
"When is it do?" He asked.
"Before the holiday." She responded.
"Yeah, I can do it. I will only be able to do something simple though."
"That's fine." She smiled, "How about you two leave and head off to your next class?"
"Ok." Liam smiled then stood up, "Goodbye." Liam said as I stood up and we both walked out.
"Will you actually be ok to perform?" I asked him.
"I literally do not know." He chuckled and I smiled. I still find it a little weird that I'm actually friends with Liam. I know Louis is completely fine pretty much but I'm not completely sure. But we headed to our next class together.
