Chapter 25: Don't Let Me Go

Ch 25:

:HARRYS POV:

What was I supposed to do? I wanted Laney to stay with me, and I was only trying to do what's best for her- but she was leaving now. It was too late. I was actually losing her again.

Laney was on her way to the airport now, and I was lying here crying. I couldn't let her go. She could not going to get on that plane.

:LANEYS POV:

I couldn't go home. I couldn't face my parents. I had no where to go I guess. I wanted Harry more than anything. Yes, he left me alone all day, but maybe I overreacted.

"10 minutes until flight 217 boards." The attendant announced. I cursed under my breath. I have to decide now, and there was only one person who could change my mind. So I called him.

***ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring... C'mon pick up.. ring ring***

"Laney?" Harry answered, sounding hopeful.

"Hi, Harry..." I say quietly, "Look, we all make mistakes. And I made a huge one. I want to be with you, because without you- I have nothing. You gave me everything- a new life, a second chance, a best friend, a family, and someone who loves me. All I'm asking for now is forgiveness. I am an idiot for leaving, and I want you back. Will you please forgive me?" I asked, trying not to get emotional.

I heard nothing for awhile.. Was he thinking about whether or not to take me back?... I really wanted to cry now.

"Lane.." Harry whispered into the phone.

"Yes?" I replied softly.

"Turn around."

As soon as I turned my head, I saw my curly-haired, green-eyed boy. I ran to him, throwing my arms around his neck. He buried his nose into my hair, embracing me.

Harry began to sing softly in my ear.

"Now you were standing there right in front of me

I hold on, it's getting harder to breathe

All of a sudden these lights are blinding me

I never noticed how bright they would be

I saw in the corner there is a photograph

No doubt in my mind it's a picture of you

It lies there alone in its bed of broken glass

By the end I was in tears.

"I love it. Who's it by?" I asked, gazing into his indescribable eyes.

"Me." Harry smiled. I gasped and took a step away from him.

"It's. Your. Song." I repeated in my head. Harry chuckled and nodded. "You amaze me." I finally replied, with a huge grin.

He took me by the hand and led me out of the airport.

We had left Harry's home in Cheshire. So now it was back to the normal flat with the boy I loved.

"Laneeeyyyyy! The lads are coming over. Apparently, Eleanor and Perrie are with Louis and Zayn." Harry yelled from the kitchen. So that was who he was on the phone with..

"Ok." I replied, as I checked my twitter notifications.

*** knock knock knock knock knock***

"I got it!" I yelled, already walking towards the door.

"LANEY!" Louis screamed when I opened the door.

"LOUIS!" I screamed back. Then my focus was directed behind him. "PERRIE! ELEANOR!" I screamed in excitement as we greeted with hugs.

"Come on in everyone!" Harry shouted, now in the living room.

We all followed Harry's voice into the house and sat down on the couches.

"I know this is old schools, but we should play truth or dare." Zayn suggested.

"Sounds fine to me." Liam added.

"How childish of us!" Harry said.

"I haven't played that in forever!" Niall exclaimed. So, everyone agreed to play.

"Louis, truth or dare??" Zayn asked.

"Ehmm. Dare." Louis replied with a cute smirk.

"I dare you to... have someone hold you upside-down while you eat whipped-cream off of Eleanor's face. " Zayn said, smiling at Eleanor. Louis shyly looked at her, but then agreed to do it. It was hysterical.

✺A MINUTE LATER✺

"Harry, truth or dare??" Louis asked.

"Dare." Harry grinned.

"Ok, without laughing, I dare you to tell Laney that she is the sexiest, most amazing, wonderful, radiant angel in the whole world. And then make out with her." Louis said.

"Louis, I said dare not truth." Harry chuckled. We all laughed. And I awed. Then Harry's eyes met mine.

"Laney, you are the sexiest, most amazing, wonderful, radiant angel in the whole world." Harry said softly. Then a playful smirk grew across his face. He leaned in and began kissing me on the lips continuously. Sparks flew once again as I joined in.
