*the next morning*
"Wakey wakey" I hear someone say and I groan and pull the sheets up over my head,
"nuh uh, you don't have time to sleep in girl" says Alan sitting on me making me wheeze.
"Okay, okay I'll get up," i say wriggling to get him off me "what time is it?" I ask sitting up and rubbing my eyes.
"7 freaking am," says Alan yawning. "The bus will be here in a hour,"
"Shit," I say flinging the sheets off me "I haven't packed."
"Wasn't your dad telling you over the past 3 days to pack?" Says Alan giggling,
"Yeah but I'm the kind of person that leaves it until the last minute," I say dragging my suitcase and bag out from under my bed.
"I'll leave you to it," says Alan walking out of my room,
I have no idea what to take, so I basically pack half of my bedroom.
I get to my bathroom and pack some toiletries and leg shavers, which makes me cringe as I pick them up. Should I clean and re wrap my cuts? It can wait until later. No one has questioned me about the wrap on my arm which is strange because it at sticks out like a sore, except Austin when he cleans them for me.I throw in my favourite pair of jeans, one leg is dark red and the other leg is black, and some other bottoms to add to my mountain of clothes that is trying to escape my suitcase.
"I brought you some breakfast," says Alan walking in my room and raising a brow at me as I sit on my suitcase to try and squish everything down so I can zip it up.
"That's a lot of stuff," says Alan sitting a plate of toast on my bed,
"You mean I'm not supposed to bring this much?" I say wiping some sweat from my brow.
"You can if you want, but you might find it hard to find room to put it all," says Alan smiling at my effort, "plus you'll probably receive a lot of gifts and clothes from fans."
"Do people actually buy Austin boxer briefs?" I ask as I remember watching an interview where Austin stated he likes new boxer briefs when on tour.
"He sells them to us sometimes because he gets so many," says Alan chuckling.
"His own little business." I say as Alan watches me get off my suitcase and I reopen it and throw some clothes that I can live without on the floor.
"We're going to be driving to our first show today as well," says Alan "it'll be a 3 hour drive, and we play at 6:30 tonight."
That hits me like a punch to the stomach, it only seemed like yesterday when I first arrived at Austin's and I thought I had to go to like a boarding school or something while they went on tour, but I actually get to be treated as part of the band!
"Do we get to site see?" I ask, it'd be nice to finally get to spend some time with Austin and the band.
"We do, but not always," says Alan, "we're on the move a lot, but we try really hard to get some time off." He says and we hear a loud honk from outside.
"Is that...?"
"Yes it is," says Alan smiling at me "the bus."
I grab my suitcase and sling my bag over my shoulder and make sure I haven't forgotten anything and follow Alan downstairs, my heart racing at a million miles an hour.
"Are you ready?" Asks Tino as he greets us at the bottom of the stairs, "never mind, you look quite ready." He says chuckling at me as I struggle to carry everything down the stairs.
We exit the front door of the house and parked on the side of the street casting a shadow across half Austin's yard is the bus, and it is possibly the biggest I've ever seen.
The of mice and men logo printed on the side, with their social medias down the bottom. The big black bus catches everyone's eye.
Austin jumps from the bus and runs over to me and slings his arm over my shoulder, "welcome to our home for the next two weeks!" He says smiling excitedly like a child, I think he's the most excited out of the whole band to go on tour.
My luggage except my bag is put under the bus, and I'm guided inside by my very excited father.
"Here's the lounge area," says Austin pointing to some leather couches, one on either side of the bus and pulling out shelves from underneath the lounges which hold drinks.
"This is actually amazing," I say walking through the lounge area and into the bunks where there's 12 beds, 6 on each side of the bus, "I dibs a top bunk," I say pulling back the checkered curtains to look at the beds and throwing my bag into one.
"You might also find random band members in your bunk," says Austin "we share buses a lot."
If they're hot like andy biersack I honestly won't mind if they take my bed.
"And at the end of the bus is another little lounge area," he says as we pass the bathroom into a cute little room.
"Fancy," I say before I hear Alan scream from the font of the bus "WHOSE READY TO GO ON TOURRRR?!"
