Hi my name is Lorine and today starts week one of my learning to live a healthy life and learning to live and love my self.My weight today is 263 and my goal weight is 180 but my main goal is to get healthy and deal with the pain that led to my weight on the inside and out.each week on Monday I will be posting my weight and my goals and how I am moving towards them goals. Well today is Monday January 4th and I weighed in at-263- today my goals this week is to continue writing my book of my life that I have started writing on this site also called the past the present the future and to start walking 10000 steps a day six days a week Mon-Sat,and my last goal is to quote positive affirmations to my self daily and that quote for week one is that I can do all things thru Christ who gives me strength well let this journey began.
