week seven mid week check in

Well today is mid week check in and basically I'm still doing the healthy eating and also honouring the lent season which consists of eating no meats no seafood no sweets and no bread when I started this journey I had no idea it would coincide with the lent season but because this is not a diet but a lifestyle change mentally physically and spiritually I'm OK with that and it really is a blessing for me because as I said I am also learning as I go along and I want this to be a life time change for me to feel better and to get healthy because I am dealing with health issues like diabetes and high blood pressure something that my mom went blind from and passed away from in 2009 and for me it feels like I lost her yesterday but God's grace has kept me and is still keeping me so like I shared earlier this is more of a journey of growth and healing and learning how to get healthy from the inside and out so I am glad that who ever read my story that may be something I said or am doing will help someone to begin or finish their journey because it's never too late to start over or finish what you started so thanks for letting me share my journey with you all God bless God's will be back Monday
