week two-mid check in

Hi I'm back for my Wed mid week check in well my weigh in Monday for week two was 259 a4lb weight loss and I'm OK with that because I'm learning meditating and on the road to healthy beginnings,well this week I'm eating a lot of vegetables and I'm doing 2bullits a day which consists of kale greens and one green apple and one banana and it's not only healthy but it tastes delicious and a lot of water and one meal a day veggies and wild salmon only and the reason I am sticking with eating the same meal every night this week because in order for me to stay consistent for me I have to make it non stressful as possible and for me that's focusing on eating one same meal seven days a week and since it's working so far for me this week I plan on doing this for the remainder of the ten weeks left not salmon for ten weeks lol but picking one meal every Monday-Sunday and two bullits and veggies anytime if it works for you then stick with what works remember God is my refuge and my strength and a ever present help in all my struggles so far I've been hitting my 10000 steps and I'm feeling great well be back Monday for week three check in God's will and remember if you fall get back up it ain't over til it's over
