week seven weigh in

Well I'm so excited because I weigh in at 248 its been so long since I been out of the 250 I'm just so grateful and really proud of myself and not just because of the weight loss but because of my healthy eating habits that for once I have been consistent with and also I feel really great I haven't been doing to much walking because of me moving and the snowstorm not to mentioned it snowed again last night but I do have my walking exercise by Leslie simone's that I love doing and it's not hard at all to do you can do the one mile or the two or three miles right now I am doing the two miles and I am so excited about the 40 day lent season that I'm honoring not just with my eating no meats or seafood or sweets but because it is a time of reflection and meditation and journaling which I always find myself journaling since a teenager it's just such a honour to be celebrating the days before the ressurection of Jesus Christ so my Scripture that I'm meditating on this week is for God has not given me a spirit of fear but of power love and a sound mind because a lot of times we fear the unknown new things and new beginnings because we are so used to the old but I'm glad for new beginning and life and good health well I will be checking in for mid week Wednesday God's will and God bless
