Hey it's Monday weigh in so today I weigh in at 257 well it's only a 2lb weight loss but I'm just glad it's not a 2lb weight gain well I have kept up with eating my wild salmon and steamed fish and veggies and fruit and my two bullits a day and as I said I was going to do the one  meal for the next ten weeks because trying to many meals would only stress me out but in reality if this is not a diet but a healthy lifestyle change then I need to be realistic because I know I'm not going to just eat wild salmon and steamed fish  all my life and I am learning as I go along so as I don't want to be confusing to myself and definitely not  to any one else so I'm just going to take this one day at a time so to say all of that this week I'm going to be juicing it all this week and fruits any time and water and lemon tea only so let's see how this goes and I always want to remind anyone and every one to always consult your Dr before trying any life style changes that may affect your health and my Scripture for this week to meditate on is the lord is my light and all my strength in whom I put my trust in I will be checking back in for mid week check in God bless and also I have been making 7000-8400 steps a day last week but my goal is to stay on the goal of reaching my 10000 steps a day but I'm just glad I'm up and moving no complaints here I'm grateful and thankful God bless can't wait til mid week check in
