Well I am so glad to be checking in for mid week because Mon weigh in was done on Saturday two days earlier because I was in the hospital and I wanted to let my followers no what was going on so I am a lot better I been walking and back on track with doing my healthy lifestyle and also following the lent season of no meat no seafood and no sweets but most importantly praying alot and meditating and just really learning that you have to focus on taking care of yourself physically mentally and spiritually because if you don't you are not no good to your self or definitely no one else so that's what I've been working on and it's not easy changing anything when you been doing it for so long example my eating habits we're terrible for over thirty years and I think God for this healthy lifestyle journey but I know after the twelve weeks are over for me writing about it that this journey is a lifetime of making the right choices and not giving up when you don't but to keep going on and like I always stress this is not a diet but a lifetime journey to a better you so I am just so excited about the growth and the struggles and the strength to not give up and to learn from any mistakes you may make in life and to keep going on no matter what may come your way well remember that you can do all things all things through Christ Jesus who gives you strength God bless
