week four midweek check-in

Well its been four weeks since I started my lifestyle journey to a healthier life and it's really been challenging and a learning experience because all my life since I was very young when I was molested by family members I have been overweight and battling depression and always on a so called diet and never really losing but this time I am on a journey of healing mind body and soul and to get to the real issues behind the weight and the pain in my heart and to accept and to learn how to love me myself and I and believe me when I say that just that alone is a process that I aim to complete with the help of my Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ.So. this week I have been learning how to eat healthy which consists of a lot of veggies and fruit and definitely my bullits which I love every morning and also just for me I have made a decision to cut back on all meat no I'm not vegan or vegetarian but because I always wanted to be a vegetarian I decided to start by cutting back to eating meat one time a week only no certain kind or any special day but to really stay consistent with this decision so in case I don't get to be a full time vegetarian then just to know that I cut down dramastcally will be really OK with me now my seafood which I will be eating more of is another whole story because I really love seafood  so that makes it all the much easier for me to began this and this is not just a twelve week descion this is is a life time commitment so that's my goals that I will be implementing in my lifestyle journey to a healthier me and I haven't been doing too much walking at all because last week we had a snow storm and it really has been pretty hard  to do any walking at all but I do do a walking video by Leslie  sansone's  and it's really a good work out I do the one mile walk with her two times a day so I am really excited about all these new changes and goals that has started me on my path to a healthier life style so I can't wait to be back on Mon for week five weigh in and remember by Jesus Christ stripes we are healed and with God all things are possible be blessed
