Well today's weigh in is 240 and I'm really feeling better mentally physically and spiritually and I'm back to walking and tomorrow I start going to the gym I'm just going to start on the treadmill for one hour and see how that goes I'm still doing lent but today is my last day because I proved to myself that I can do all things through Christ Jesus who gives me all my strength but I also know that I have to begin to eat healthy without the lent season because that comes once a year and this is something that I have to do every day so I'm basically going to be drinking a protein shake every morning because I never really been a breakfast person and for lunch a plain salad fruit anytime and dinner a vegetables and some kind of fish and meat one time a week only because I always wanted to cut back and since I been doing it I want make it a lifestyle so basically it's not a vegan or vegetarian just me choosen to eliminate meat to one day a week and holiday's of course.but mostly walking eating healthy and meditating on God's word and most important living it and also loving me some me myself and I Well be checking back in for mid week check in and remember with God all things are possible God bless
