Well I want to start off saying it has really been a hectic week but a grateful week at the same time because I moved Monday and I'm really thankful for all God is doing well I been still drinking my bullits and veggies and lots of water and wild salmon and I also joined the gym so all and all it's been great just hectic a little with the move I hoping with the new move and the healthy lifestyle changes that I can continue with this journey and continue to learn and grow and heal physically mentally and sprtually and to remember with God all things are possible if you believe well God bless and can't wait to be back for Mon weigh in.
