The Lake of Tranquility

I pushed Garroth's age closer to Zane's so the current ages are Lyra being 13. Garroth around 25 and Zane around 22. Vylad would be 20.

Garroth's P.O.V.

Lyra ran towards the direction of the forest, when she passed me something dropped at my feet. It was the exact same sword I bought 10 years ago before I left O'Khasis. It still had a radiant glow. Today was her birthday. 

Zoey's P.O.V.

The last ingredient for my potion was 5 drops of tranquil water. The only way to get was The Lake of Tranquility. Only magicks users had access to it. I set out with an empty vial towards the forest. I left Molly to watch Levin and Malachi.When I reached the lake there was a girl just staring at the water breathing heavily. She seemed so overwhelmed she hadn't noticed me. Her aura felt important as though she were a person of honor. I took a closer look and she seemed no older than 13. She was far too young to have traveled here alone if she were a magicks user. 

Unless she had a tie to Lady Irene's younger sister tranquility... But that couldn't be. 

"What's your name?" I kindly asked. 

"Lyra." she blandly stated.

"Last name?" I pushed.

Lyra's P.O.V.

I stared straight at the lake. This Lady was asking my last name when I don't even know myself. Adopted all this time... Who am I really?

"It used to be Ro'Meave." I replied.

"Used to be?" she looked confused.

"I just found out I was adopted..." I trailed off.

Something about her made me feel like I could trust her.

"What's your name?"

 I asked for the first time looking up at her. She seemed worried almost heart broken. It made it clear I could trust her and that she was kind and had no intention of tricking  me.

"Zoey... Zoey Taltatheil." she replied. 

"Follow me..." Zoey said.

She got up and walked  away from the lake after filling a vial with the lakes water. It looked like I had no choice but to follow her. We were eventually in a house with a lady Zoey addressed as Molly. I saw two boys playing on the other side of the room.

"Here drink this..." she handed me a blue potion.

I had no idea what was in it. I looked at her questioningly.

"It helps the nerves." she said.

I took the potion and felt a lot better immediately. The potion melted away the anxiety from seeing Garroth after he left 10 years ago.
