the universe and the chaos

she saw the universe through her eyes. the milky way resided in the smallest fraction of her iris and the rest remained unbeknownst to the onlooker. when she spoke, it was as if she had swallowed constellations and spoke her phrases lined with stardust, glittering and magnificent. as she moved, space itself bent to the extent that she became molded into the starry fabric of the galaxy. her every movement was the embodiment of grace.

he, on the other hand, was pure chaos. his movements were those of a child swinging at a piñata, his eyes never resting. he moved as if pushing through space, as if space was a thick blanket and he was buried under it. he talked in fractured sentences, chewing the words before he spoke. he was a hurricane, destroying everything in his path, even if he did not desire it.

the universe and the chaos did not belong together. the grace and destruction did not cancel out, did not prove the saying "opposites attract" to be certain.

the universe and the chaos were not a tale of trust and love. if anything, they were a disaster impactive enough to destroy planets, to rip apart the seams of time itself.
