We shortly arrived at the party, parking out front of the house. You could see lights flashing inside the giant house and hear the loud music from outside.

We got out of the car and spot Nate sitting by the front door with a list of names.

"Names?" He asks looking at us and then down at the list.

"Hey Maloley." I grin.

"Oh, hey Sarah. Go on in."

Jack follows behind me but Nate stops him.

"No no no. Name sir?" I try to contain my laughter.

"Really man?" Jack throws his hands up.

"He's with me." I whisper in Nate's ear. I grab Jack's hand and pull him in. Nate stops me.

"Only this once Sarah. I mean it." He grins at me.

"Ok dad." I emphasize. He let's go and starts laughing. Jack and I walk into the crowded house.

Ok, well I kinda knew it was going to be more than just Nate, Jack, Johnson, and Sam. I thought there was just going to be like 30 people, but this, this is a full blown party.

I'm still holding Jack's hand, not wanting him to get lost or let me get lost. We make our way through the crowd people and finally make it to the kitchen.

"Hey guys." An already drunk Sam slurs.

"Hey sammy." I give him a hug.

"Hey bro." Jack says doing their handshake.

"Where the hell are your drinks?" Sam says over the music. He walks towards the counter were all of the alcohol is. He grabs two cups and starts mixing everything. When he finishes he walks over to us and hands them to us.

"Designated driver." Jack says refusing.

"Awwe G," I pout. "you're no fun. One drink?" I ask. Tonight is supposed to be fun and he's already being a party pooper. This was your idea Ginlinsky.

"No Sarah. You can have as much as you want, but I'm not going to." He says crossing his arms.

"Please." I drag out.

"No." He says with finality.

"Please." I drag out even more than the first time.

"One drink." He says taking the cup.

"Good. Everyone is happy. I'm gonna get back to my party. See you two later." Sam says waving us off. For a drunk person he seemed pretty sober in that moment.

Jack and I take a sip and it's surprisingly good. A little strong but that's Sam. He usually makes his drinks strong.

"What now?" Jack asks.

I grab his hand leading him towards all the dancing people. "Dance with me?"

He wraps his hands around my waist and I around his neck. We start dancing it suddenly feels like we're the only ones here. I look into Jack's eyes. I could get lost for eternity in those eyes.
