"Jack I don't see you" i was on the phone with Jack and wondering around the mall looking everywhere

"I have a red hat on with my head down and I'm on the phone"

"I don't see you" I say coming up to the Fountain

"Turn around" I feel a light tap on my shoulder and turn to see Jack

"Jack" I jumping on top of him. He stumbled back at first but then grabbed my legs.

"I was afraid you weren't going to coming" I whispered still hugging Jack

"Of course I was" he smiles and lets me down

"Can we go before someone sees" Jack says taking my hand

"Why would it matter if someone sees" I say looking surprised

"No I didn't mean it like that" he says looking at the hurt in my eyes

"Jack this is never going to work if you are afraid of what other people might think"

"Babe no its not you. It's the fans and the media, you're not famous so you wouldn't understand" he says and instantly regretting it

"Like I said it's never going to work" i walk off and a tear slips down my cheek as I walk out to the door

"Jess" I call after her but she doesn't come back. I ruined, it totally and utterly ruined it.

"I'm such a dick. I ruined it" i sigh

I sit down in the living room and get out my phone and tweet

@jackgilinsky- I'm a complete and utter idiot. I totally messed up

"What happened" Johnson say confused

I tell him all that happened and he tells me it will be fine, but I doubt it

"She will never reply"I sigh

"Dude" Johnson says worried. He passes me the his phone. Where I see lots of pictures of me and Jess together.

"Oh no" I sigh. Then my phone lights up with a tweet from Jess

@badbitchjess- it's not you its me

I handed Johnson the phone and he sighed.

"It's getting late we stood head up" Johnston nods. We walked up stairs and I got into bed trying to forget about today

I woke up to see multiple texts from Chloe. She was my best friend.

Chloe: you and Jack what the hell
Chloe: since when did you know him
Chloe: there's pictures all over the Internet
Chloe: so you weren't joking when you said you were texting Jack Gilinsky!
Chloe: we are talking at school

The media. This is exactly what he meant.

I had a quick breakfast then drove to school to see Chloe waiting

"Why is everyone looking at me" i whisper to Chloe

"Because of this" she pass me her phone where there at multiple picture of me and Jack

"It's not simple" I shrug

I get out my phone and text Jack

Me: I see what you meant by the media
Jack: I'm so sorry
Me: it's not your fault

"Who you texting" Chloe say looking

"Nobody" I say pushing my phone away

Me: i got to go I'll text you later

I push my phone in my pocket and walk to my locker

"How does he know you" I could tell who it was by the sound of her voice

I turn around to see Ellie. God I hated her

"Sorry for ever being mean to you, you're quite cool you know Jack gilinsky" she laughs

"Are you kidding me? just because I know someone famous, you wanna talk to me for the first time since I don't know 5th grade.Nice try bitch."I scoff and walk to my first class

Me: Jess I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to say what I did, I really regret it and I don't know what came over me please forgive
Jess: I don't know Jack, it doesn't change the fact you're famous and  I'm still just me
Me: come on Jess. You're more than that to me
Jess: really

Maybe it will work out who knows
