"Oh J! You don't have to be scared of me! We are best friends! Remember?" she chuckled acting completely natural
"Why are you back Ariel?" I asked
"Well I missed you, I missed Omaha, I missed everything," she smiled
"I've changed, Ari, I'm not like i used to be," I sighed running my hands through my hair
"So I've heard, but I want to hear all about it! Dinner tomorrow?" she smiled genuinely, well it seemed genuine.
"Okay, but no pulling anything." I said
"Of course not! Dana's at 8?" she smiled
"Great I'll text you," I smiled back
Maybe Ariel changed too, who knows?

Last night when a whole lot better than I thought, but I was seeing doubting why Ariel was really back. Jack had just texted me saying him, Chloe, Johnson and a new friend of Chloe's where at his and I should come over, so I was on my way there.
I walk up the Jacks front door knocking on it, it's opened by a very smiling Jack.
"Hey love" he leans in hugging me tightly.
I pull back stepping in side "so who Chloe's friend"
"I'll show you" he takes my hand leading me to the lounge room.
I stood there frozen at who I saw
"This is Sophie" Chloe says as I walked in
I don't know what she was playing at but already she wasn't who you said she was
