"Ughhh! Shut up!" I yelled hitting my alarm clock to shut off but it kept ringing. I got up and rubbed my eyes
Today was the first day back at school after the school holidays. And I was not looking forward to it.
I got out of bed and checked my texts.
Jack: Morning loser! Hope you have a good day at school, text me when your done if you want me to come over. love you❤️
Me: Thanks babe love you!😍
I also got a text from Chloe
Chloe: hey can u give Hannah and I a ride to school
recently we've become closer with Hannah she's actually been really nice since she's helped me with the Ella/Jack rumor.
Me: Sure! B there in 10
Then I looked and saw I got a text from an unknown number
Unknown: Hey J! I'm back! You miss me? You better have, because if you didn't that would hurt my feelings and you know how I get when my feelings are hurt xx
What the hell? I just brushed it off and got dressed to go pick up Chloe and Hannah.
- "Ugh I'm so not happy to be back here!" Hannah groaned
"Same, it's just the same old people just with tans," I said and they laughed
"Hey I gotta go to first period or Mrs French will kill me, talk to you guys at lunch!" I smiled and waved Chloe and Hannah off
I walked to my locker and opened it and a note fell out
Hey J, It's me again! You get my text this morning? Your probably wondering who I am aren't you! Well you'll find that out sooner or later, well sooner than you think. xx
Who is this person? And why is she sending me weird notes, once again I brushed it off and continued to first period.
I sat in my normal seat, next to the same people, in the same classroom.
"Hello class! I hope your spring holiday was good, but we are in school now and I hope you left all your monkey business behind last week, is that straight Mr. Baker?" she asked gesturing to a really annoying boy in our grade that was throwing spitballs across the room. He nodded and she continued
"Well this semester we have a new student, honey you can come in now," she said talking to someone outside the door
"Class meet Ariel Grand," When she said the name my mouth dropped open and my worst nightmare walked through the door
"Um Ariel there is a seat right behind Jessalyn," Mrs. French said pointing behind me
"You miss me?" Ariel said as she walked past me
"You've got to be kidding me," I mumbled after she sat down
