Chapter 7 - Bellatrix Part Three

It now reaches a time when a new character is to be introduced. But don't worry, for I have not forgotten Bellatrix. How could I when she is currently wailing by my side, her complaining, of who I am sure you can guess, seeming inexhaustible?

No, this tale is still on her turn, and this new character is just a poor soul who was unlucky (yeah, definitely that word) enough to cross her evil- innocent path. It was nothing more than a young boy who seemed as scrawny and little as her even as he had the same age. The only things distinguishing him from any other cute boys with his petite, cuddly features, big watery blue eyes and flaming red hair, were the things that somehow stood out even more than the aforementioned cute-infected features. They are not things you would normally guess to be found on a boy, or even a girl. You wouldn't expect them at all, unless you knew exactly what this boy was. I don't expect you to though, as it is an ancient and almost extinct race. And there...I have probably given it away now.

And with a thud of a door slammed shut by an ignored crybaby, the story continues. As I may guess, you are probably wondering the name of this new unfortunate- lucky character, am I right, dear reader? Well, I shall delay no longer then. The boy's name was Kelos. Kelos was like any child, curious, perhaps even a bit more curious than normal, always wanting to explore his surroundings. He would happily pass his days in his garden, one of which the size happened to rival that of a forest, and would delight in the smallest discoveries. I do think, though, that he no longer delights in the unknown and what it hides, what with the hidden surprise he had discovered on the very same fateful day this tale is currently narrating.

Anyway, I have no doubt you can imagine the torture such a child would experience trapped in a carriage with a bunch of stinky- strict adults. Even as you may doubt my narrating skills, and think I completely forgot about mentioning what made him stand out from others, I shall give up the happiness of making you wonder, and finally give away the precious information.

Just as Kelos sat there in the carriage as it evenly went on, elbow leaning on the window and hand holding up his chin as he gloomily looked out at the seemingly never ending forest passing him by, the soft red fox ears on his head suddenly perked, and the soft, fluffy, and equally red tail behind him started to sway. The bored to death expression suddenly turned into one that would appear on that of any other innocent child – a devilish grin. Ah, the pureness of youth.

His big watery blue eyes had just caught sight of something different amidst the never ending green. How could he miss the opportunity to unravel this mystery? And so, led by the same curiosity that killed the cat, the little fox came up with a retarded- cunning plan that led to his inevitable doom.

If a parent happens to chance upon this tale, have the stomach the read this far, and thus be called by me a “dear reader,” you should understand very well what happened next. It is one phrase children love to utter, as well as one parents dread to hear: “I need to pee~”

And with that poor- cunning excuse, Kelos went out of the stopped carriage that awaited his delayed return, ignoring the voices that called after him, and skipped into the forest, heading in the direction he had seen the beautiful and soft light pink color from. Imagining some beautiful flower, he happily hummed, heading for a doom so dark that the carriage would have seemed like paradise.

Now, you may wonder why I explained so much about a character who is so obviously doomed and short lived, and honestly, I have no better answer than, well, I felt like it. It is my tale, and I can do with it as I like. Plus, I have a policy that the more information you have, the better. Things being such, don't EVER think I don't know who you are. And Bast better not EVER think I don't know what he did. I already have a plan in motion for that...
