*Harry's P.o.V*
Many days have passed without Max and the wolf symbol is still throughout but what if I'm wrong and it is just another group? I can't afford to think like that because I'm still the only one that is alert. The others are so hungry and thirsty that they are on the verge of going cannibalistic.
"Kay, come here real quick." I nod him over and he comes to me.
"What is it man?"
"I'm leaving tonight to find food."
"You can't just leave us here alone with these crazies." He points behind us towards the group.
"I know but if no one finds food, we will all be dead." I tell him and he looks down with a nod. "Now, just watch over Lilly okay?" Kay deeply sighs.
"Are you really going to find food?"
"What do you mean?" I ask with my arms crossed and a hint of anger in my voice.
"This doesn't have to do with Max does it?" Kay asks me and his accusation is somewhat true but he doesn't need to do that. "Hello?" He waves a hand in front of my face.
"No it doesn't. I'm starving, you're starving, we're all starving." I wave my arms around with frustration.
"Fine." He finally agrees and I thank him with a nod.
When night time rolls around, I set up the trap and wait for everyone to fall asleep. Once everyone is asleep, I step over the trap but I'm stopped by Lilly calling my name.
"Yes?"
"Where are you going?" She quietly asks me while approaching me.
"To find food. Kay will make sure you're safe." I tell her and she frowns.
"I don't feel safe without you though."
"You'll be fine, now go back to bed." I tell her and she does just that.

The next day, I've had no luck finding anything but I'm moving faster than the group would so that's a bonus. I just hope that Lilly is safe and Kay is keeping everyone calm.
The further north I go, the more zombies there seems to be. Where are they all coming from because it isn't like there's tons of houses out here? Maybe we're nearing a city which could be either a good or bad thing.
By night time, I've had some luck finding houses. There seems to be one after another but yet again they have the markings. A two story house comes in sight and I take a look around. No markings at all. How could they miss this house? I then hear the front door open so I go check it out quietly and with caution.
*Max's P.o.V*
"You know the drill Luke." The older one says.
"Got ya. Check around the house blah blah." Luke says and the other one just responds with a simple yes.
"This one has stairs, come on." The nameless one says and they both march up the stairs.
This is my chance but I only have one gun and they will have two or more. Maybe they're dumb enough to leave an extra one downstairs. Luckily they go to the room that I was in so I quietly climb down the stairs and look around for an extra gun. They're actually smart because they took them while searching the house. They do seem close to each other so as long as I have my gun on one of them, the other more than likely won't shoot me.
They are taking forever up there. I decide to open the front door since it is very squeaky.
"What was that?" Luke asks and I guess the other male just shrugged since he hasn't said anything. They come down the stairs and from what I can see, Luke is first so now is my chance.
