Chapter 4

  We all entered the OF Shop and Lane groaned when she saw Ace the Creator 8 ft tall ass standing by the register. I couldn't believe it. “THE FAGS ARE HERE” Tyler yelled jumping over the counter. “Teo, make him go away,” Lane said. “Tyler man,” Teo said giving him dap, Moises and Jaden did the same. “Sup Lane, I saw you at the fashion show last week.” Tyler said giving her a hug. “Yeah, I saw. You were trying to mess me up.” 

        “Who’s this?” He pointed to me. “Hi, Tyler. Right?” He ignored me and kept being weird. He was staring at me like I was a donut or something. “... What,” I wait for him to say something. No response. Just licked his lips. "Lane.. uh" I looked at her for help. Then he was weak. “Chiiiill, I was about to cry,” I laughed, pushing him. “You should’ve saw your face ahaha,” I shake my head and start to look around the store. Lane walks past him and says something.

“Don’t mess with her like that, she's a baby. This is my cousin Aubri. She’s like, eleven.”  

        ”Fifteen!” I shout back. Tyler got her on the ground and started messing up her hair. She swung at him, but he jumped back over the counter before it landed. “Teoooooo look at this hoodie. Can I have it?” She said wrapping her arms around him. “Sure babe,” He kisses her forehead and goes to pay for it. “Okay, pick what you want,” Jaden said to me, leading me to the rack of decks with his hand on my lower back. This guy. I picked out a purple Real OF skateboard and he took it to the front.

  “I was wondering if anyone would buy that,” Tyler sets it on the counter. “And I want those,” I pointed at some all black lightweight wheels. He rang everything up, Jaden puts up the cash, then they both put the wheels on and adjusted it for me. “Thanks Ace,” I said pounding his fist, “Any time kid, you’re cool you should come hang with us soon,” Tyler said, we left the store in one piece.
