Greyson's P.O.V
----------------------------------------------------------------
Louise has been feeling very upset over the last few weeks, so much has happened to her recently. Since we got the box from the police, they have been very quiet, which is making Louise worse. I've been trying my best to keep her happy since she is now living with me, but it's hard. Very hard. She has changed so much since I left, and I can't help but think I could be to do with that. Well we are going back to school tomorrow and neither of us want to go. I'll end up getting swarmed by people 'cause I'm now famous and she'll end up getting asked loads of questions about her mom, since everyone knows now, because one of Louise's stupid neighbours told the press everything, and it was posted everywhere! I feel really bad for her 'cause every time someone as much mentions her mom or old house, she'll run away crying, she is too sensitive at the moment. I know that most of my time at school won't be spent learning when I should, it'll be spent looking after Louise and being like a bodyguard, like a best friend should.
"Lou, I think we should go get some sleep, it's nearly midnight and we do have school tomorrow," I regretted saying that last part when I saw she stiffened. "I'm sorry, I should've realised," I whispered, wrapping my arms around her waist, pulling her into a hug.
"It's okay, I'm just really nervous," she said, hugging me back.
"Come on, let's go get some sleep." We walked upstairs to our rooms, which were right next to each other. I saw her grab the doorknob and turn it slightly.
"Goodnight Grey, see you in the morning," she spoke softly.
"Goodnight Lou," I replied and with that she slipped into her room and carefully shut the door behind her, making sure not to wake anyone. I slipped into my own room and got changed into my pyjamas. Then I climbed into my bed and tried to get to sleep. After a few hours of tossing and turning, still trying to get to sleep, I finally drifted into a light sleep. I was woken up after what felt like seconds, to the sound of my alarm clock. I groaned and dragged myself out of bed and towards the bathroom to have a shower. I walked out of my room and over to the bathroom. I had a quick shower, and then got dressed. I knocked on Louise's door to see if she was awake, after I had brushed my teeth and dried my hair, making sure it was sitting right.
"Lou?" I said at her door.
"Yeah?" she replied quickly, opening her door as quick as she answered me.
"Oh, I was just checking you were awake and nearly ready, which I can see you are," I said sarcastically as she was standing with her hair still soaking wet, no shoes on, her hair was all tangled and she was sitting in a big pile of clothes in her pajamas, still deciding what to wear.
"Haha, very funny mister!" she joked. "Now, help me find something to wear or I'm going in my pyjamas and fluffy slippers."
"Okay have fun in your pyjamas and slippers all day then, 'cause I have no idea how to pick out clothes for a girl! I struggle just picking out clothes for myself!" I laughed.
"Well, it's about time you learned then," Louise said, standing up and grabbing my hand, pulling me down next to her. After about half an hour of helping Louise decide what to wear, which was mostly me just agreeing to whatever she help up to me, she decided on her black skinny jeans and a red checked shirt, with a white vest top underneath and red shoes. I left her room so she could get ready and so I could have my breakfast.
As I entered the kitchen my dad was leaving for work and my brother and sister were sitting eating breakfast. "Hey guys," I said whilst pulling out two plates from the cupboard for me and Louise's breakfast.
"Hey Grey," They said in unison. "Where's Louise?" my sister, Alexa, asked.
"Just finishing getting ready, she couldn't choose what to wear but now she has so she just get changed, doing her hair and stuff girls do." Louise came downstairs shortly after that, we ate and then we were ready to leave. "I can't wait to go back and see everyone again!" I blurted out excitedly.
"Hmm..." sighed Louise.
"What's up? Do you not want to go back?"
"No, everyone will make fun of me like they usually do, and I will end up eating my lunch in the bathrooms as usual."
"No you won't! 'Cause you've got me back now, and I'm not going anywhere without you again. Nobody will say anything mean to you if I can help it," I smiled.
"Thanks Grey," Louise smiled back.
*at school*
We stepped out of my mom's car, and I was immediately swarmed by screaming girls saying things like, 'I didn't know you could sing', 'you're amazing!' 'will you marry me?'. It was too much but I couldn't just shout at my fans, that would make me seem horrible, so I just said "Thanks guys, but I better get going, have lots to catch-up on." Thankfully that worked and they left me and Louise alone for now. Walking through the corridors talking quietly, we could hear gasps and giggles of crazy fan girls as I walked past. Sometimes I wish I wasn't famous, but I do love it. It has it's ups and downs but I can manage, I've managed better with Louise back at my side. We walked to homeroom and our teacher, Miss Kydd, wrapped me into a big hug and said softly, "Welcome back Greyson, you're truly are an amazing singer and pianist, great to see you again. The whole class, especially Louise, Kyle, and that lot."
"I've missed them too. Great to see you as well," I smiled sweetly. This is going to be one hell of a year.
