I keep wanting to text my cousin and finally be friends with her again... But it's so hard! Because, well number one I'm a dude and she's a girl, and two... I literally have no idea what to say... I'd probably just start stuttering for like hours... Or longer.
Ugh.
She has always texted me first, nevertheless, I really don't care much... I mean I don't know?
Um anyway, I have my phone in my hand right this second waiting for her to text me....
Tick-Tock.... Tick-Tock... Tick-Tock.
"Hey." My phone finally beeped. And yes it's from Cara.
"What?"
"Do I annoy you?" She texts. Oh crap. Oh... Man. What do I say?
"I'm writing what'd you want?"
"Oh I'm sorry."
"Just what'd you want."
"I wanted to know if I annoy you or not." WHAT DO I SAY!!!! Ugh I can't do this.
Months later though...
"Hey." She texts.
"Hi."
"I need someone to talk too."
No response until 30 minutes later....
"What are you doing?" She texts.
"Cleaning."
"I have to tell you something...promise me you won't get mad?"
"What." I text. Erg. Why can't I talk to her!!!
"Promise me you won't get grossed out?"
"Just tell me..." Okay yeah I'm doing it... Yes!
"I love you." Uhhhhhhh
"Okay." Damn it too late.
"You know when someone says I love you... You should say it back." She texts. Hmm.
"Hold on a sec." Gosh what do I do? She's waiting... I hate it when people have to do that, I can't think straight when that happens! I know she won't make fun of me, or think I'm a dork or a loser... But what do I do? Uh if only Katie were here. She could tell me exact.
An hour later....
I mean I'm a good person. Actually very religious... How can I not be able to talk to my cousin!!! I mean I'm able to but I'm not really sure on what I should say... Ugh!
"It's been longer than a sec." She texts. Gosh I need more time.
"I'm working."
