I Hate my Crush

Chapter two: Watch Your Profanity.

I start getting a headache from slamming my head.

"Alexis what is the answer for number fourteen." I pick my head up and blow the hair out of my face.

"Um I got-" she interrupts me again.

"Hold that thought has anyone seen my markers." I feel a hand tap my shoulder I look over and it was Daniel. He had a hand full of colorful markers.

"Youre such a sixth grader." I laugh.

Finally the last period of the day. I had one more hour until I could go home. I have English this period.

I grab my book from my locker and slowly walk to class. I have five class with Daniel the only one I don't have with him is third History. He has regular I have AP history.

My schedule is:
Geometry
Chemistry
Ap History
Spanish year 4
Lunch
P.E.
English

Anyway back to me walking. The bell already rang everyone is rushing. By everyone I mean no one. Everyone was just taking their sweet sweet time.

"Hey so what's the plan for after school." Says Xavier slinging an arm over my shoulder.

"I have to take of my baby." She's a pit bull. She's four, and her name is sorry-I'm getting distracted.

"So you can't come over. Ask mamá if I can come over." He says while we enter the room.

"You know that's a yes she loves you." He nudge him a bit then walk to my seat.

"Welcome back students I hope you had a lovely break but school is in session. I will enjoy reading a two page essay on what you did due tomorrow." She says. The whole class groans and I take out my notebook.

The door opens and its Daniel. I hope he gets in trouble. Hey just because I like him, doesn't mean I like him. If that makes sense.

"Do you have a note." She asks tapping her foot hands on her hips.

"The coach had to talk to me, miss." He says. I took my eyes that lying son of a gun.

"Okay just don't be late next time." She turns back to the board as Daniel goes back to his group. They give him high fives. What kind of world do we live in.

"Okay back to what I was saying." She continues. Time for me to zone out.

I know what she's saying (half the time) but I really don't wanna know. Then the best sound in the whole world sounds.

The school bell.

I grab my things and rush out if the classroom. I pull my phone out of my back pocket. After asking my mom if Xavier could stay I put my phone back into my pocket.

I walk through the hallway and see Gonzalo. He's with a girl. He's leaning on the wall his arm above her head, and she's twirling her hair. Well I have nothing better to do.

"Gonzo!!!" I yell really loud. Everyone turns to look at me as he face palms.

"Hi I'm kinda busy." He glances at the blonde.

"Hi I'm Alexis and you are." I outstretch my hand enthusiastically. She slowly shakes it.

"I'm Veronica." She says. Then Gonzalo pulls our hands apart.
