"Wake up you stupid bitch!" I hear someone yell. I sit up and look around. I'm not in Mike's bed, I'm at my house where my parents and I use to live. I feel a hard painful slap across my face making me jolt sideways. "Why'd you tell your mom I raped you?" My dad scowls at me. I'm speechless, I don't know what to say. "Have nothing to say now? That's alright because she didn't believe you anyways." He growls. He pushes me back so I'm laying and gets on top of me. I try to scream but he covers my mouth and rips off my shorts and panties. "Shut up you little whore." He spits. He forcefully inserts himself making me squeal in pain.

"Alexis? Are you okay?" I hear Mike ask, wait Mike? I open my eyes quickly to see Mike laying beside me. "What? I, um, I need to go." I say. I quickly get up and try to make it to the door but Mike, that damn slick man, comes in front of me and stops me. "Where do you have to go at this time?" He asks confused. I shrug and try to push past him. "Alexis, you're not going anywhere, wait until at least after breakfast." He says with a pleading tone. I shake my head and try to get around him again but he holds my waist and looks me in the eyes.

He made me lay back down and he refused to let go of me. "What happened? In your dream I mean." He asks curiously. It's like he already knows that I go through nightmares regularly. "My dad was in it." I mumble. He nods and holds me tighter. "And..?" he wants me to tell him everything, he doesn't want any details left out. "I dreamed about the day he found out about me telling my mom that he raped me. My mom didn't believe me, she just left me alone with him and went to work. He woke me up and he raped me once again." I say it all quickly.

By the time Mike could even respond, I was crying in his chest. "Alexis, that monsters gone now, it's the past and it's just a dream. I'm here now." He whispers in my ear. I grip onto his arm and cry, cry because of how scared I am. I don't want this to happen again. I don't want to end up like that again. "Mike please, promise you won't leave me." I whisper between cries. He kisses my forehead and rubs my back. "I promise I'll never leave you." He whispers.

It seemed so surreal, one week it was Tony who was holding me in his arms telling me it was okay and now it's Mike. I feel like such a slut, I never slept with Tony but I never meant to sleep with Mike, it just happened because of how intoxicated we were. I like Mike a lot, I really do but he deserves so much more, so much better. We aren't dating but he shouldn't waste his time on trying to know me, he'll be so disappointed and he'll turn around and just leave me. I don't think any of the guys deserve this right now. It's not their job to take care of me.

After Mike fell back asleep, I ended up getting out of his grip and sneaking downstairs quietly. "Hey." I look up startled. It's Vic, he's just sitting on the couch with a pen and paper. "Hey." I whisper. "You going somewhere?" He asks curiously. I shake my head and sit beside him. "I just need time to clear my head, Mike's snoring wasn't exactly helping." I chuckle a little and so does Vic. "Is everything okay?" He asks. I shrug and bite my lower lip, I couldn't tell him my problems, he has his own to worry about.

He studies my face and frowns. "I know somethings up, you can talk to me. I know you want to." He tries to convince me but I just can't. "It's alright Vic, don't worry I'll be fine." I try to reassure him and myself. "I know you'll be fine, you're a strong girl but I know if you keep holding everything in, you'll break." He's right, so goddamn right it's scary. "So you going to tell me now?" He smiles a little and I just can't help but give in.

I ended up telling Vic everything, even about my dreams and thoughts. He just sat there and listened and made comments here and there. He was right, I needed this, it feels great to just vent to somebody. "So, is there anything else?" He asks. I think for a little before sighing. "I don't know what to do." I breathe in and out before continuing. "Tony, hates me. Mike likes me. I feel like a whore. I really like Mike, I really do but I just feel like he can do so much better, he's just wasting his time." I spill it all out, right there and then.
