Chapter 10

Hailey's POV

I was laying on my bed with my laptop, reading through comments and tweets. A couple of them caught my eye, "do a Slender video with Jordan!" I did a Slender video a while back, I got pretty scared, but not too scared. Doing one with Jordan would be fun.

I walked over to Jordan's and knocked. "Coming," I heard from the other side of the door.

A couple seconds later, he opened up. "Hey baby!" He said, pulling me into a hug.

"Hey sweetie," I smiled, pulling back and gently kissing him on the lips.

He opened his arm, gesturing for me to come in. I walked in and sat on the couch, followed my Jordan plopping down beside me and wrapped an arm around my waist.

"So my fans have been wanting us to do a Slender video together for a long time," I said as I laid my head on his chest.

He moved his arm from my waist to my shoulders, "mine have been wanting that too, we should."

"Let's do it!" I said as I sat up.

We both walked over to my apartment.

"Hey, I only have one computer chair," I told him.

He sat down in it, and patted his lap, motioning for me to sit down. I walked over to him and sat.

He wrapped his arms around my waist and laid his head on my chest. I was starting up Slender and setting up my recording, making sure everything was working.

"Ready," I told him. He titled his head up and looked at me.

"Okay." I looked down at him, locking eyes with him.

I leaned down and kissed him on the lips. He pulled back slowly and rested his forehead against mine.

He smiled, "I'm not good with pop-out scary, just warning you."

I laughed, "I'm not too good either, this should be interesting."

"Yes it will."

We both put on our headphones and started the game. He controlled where you look, while I controlled the walking.

We had collected 3/8 pages now, without seeing "him."

"We're doing great!" Jordan said. I chuckled, "yes we are!"

We walked into the old abandoned bathroom stalls in the middle of the woods.

"Well this is mildly creepy," I said keeping my eyes locked on the screen.

Jordan laughed and said, "yeah," very slowly. I could hear the tremble in his voice due to him being scared.

I took my hand off the keyboard, causing the character to stop walking. I turned to look him in the eyes before leaning down to plant a quick kiss on the lips.

I pulled back, smiling. "Don't be scared," I told him.

He blushed and looked back at the screen.

About 5 minutes later, we turned the corner to find Slender standing there. I screeched and yanked my Turtle Beaches off my head, gently laying them on the table in front of us. Jordan didn't react too well. He went on a cussing rampage, causing me to start laughing my head off.

"It's ok baby!" I managed to say in between laughs.

He ran a hand through his hair, looking up to me. He was breathing heavily. "Shit balls," he said quietly, his voice still shaky.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him behind the ear. "Aww," I cooed. "It's okay."

He pulled back and locked eyes with me. We stared at each other before busting out laughing.

"I told you I suck at pop-out scary!" Jordan stated.

I just laughed, "after we edit this, how about we watch The Sinister!" I joked.

"Hell no!" He smiled. I knew he hated horror movies.

I remembered we were still recording. I turned to the monitor, and started saying my outro. After we finished editing, I began to upload it.

I got up and walked into the kitchen, grabbing a bag of chips. I turned around and jumped at the sight of Jordan standing right behind me.

"You scared me!" I poked his chest, walking around him.

He giggled and followed me into the bedroom. I turned around as I entered the room, "what do you think you're doing? I'm changing. Out," I said as I playfully pushed him out the door and shutting it. I heard him laugh and walk down the hall. I smiled, walking over to the dresser, and grabbing a pair of sweatpants and shirt.

After slipping on my clothes, I walked back out into the living room, to find Jordan stretched out on the couch playing BO2 on my Xbox.

He paused the game and laid the controller down on the glass table in front of him. He opened his arms, motioning for me to lay in them. I barely smirked, and walked over to him, laying down on top of him. He closed his arms, holding me in his embrace. He kissed the top of my head before whispering in my ear, "I love you."

I closed my eyes and smiled. "I love you too," I said. I laid there, in his warm arms. Before drifting off into a deep sleep.
