You threaten me with sharpened words
Letting each dose flow under my skin
My veins are pulsating with deadly poison
And my head hurts from the bat you use
Threatened with bluntness, attacked with pride
I feel metal edges dig into my head
And crack me down to the last bone
I'm barely breathing, but you won't stop
Spewing sentences like you've consumed lava
The heat tears off my skin and exposes my bare self
But that's not enough for you, is it?
Threaten me with words, kill me with lies
Topple the government while you're at it
Because you follow a path to total annihilation
And your words are your greatest weapons
