The Wolf and Her Clown (Hisoka Fanfic)

Chapter 9: Delicate Killing.

As the clowns scent drew closer I decided to hide my presence and slowed down. Soon I found myself at the edge of this open field where the clown was in center of a circle of guys who earlier had been talking about taking him out. Yet they kept their distance and some stayed close to their group leader...Also I noticed that I was not the only one watching I sensed and smelled that Kurapika and that loud mouth were nearby. I turned my head to the right and saw them behind some bushes.

I don't think they saw me so I decided to climb up a nearby tree to get a better few of what I fear was going to happen. Once in the tree the leader of the group had ordered them to take attack Hisoka and take him out. Before they could get close enough Hisoka grabbed a card and in one swift and very delicate and graceful movement of a circle he killed the me taking me back.

He maybe a creep but I have to admit that he does have some impressive moves...then I noticed that the leader was now trying to crawl away from Hisoka but didn't make t far as a card was stuck into his had with great force killing him. Him and aiming for peoples heads with his cards...that is going to bother me. I thought to myself as he pulled the card from the dead mans head.

"So how about it? Want to join?" he asked looking over at Kurapika and Leorio.

I could hear Kurapika saying that on 3 that they will run in opposite directions. Soon they did but before Hisoka could leave Leorio came back with a piece of wood and saying that even if it's not his fight that he wont run away then charged but I smelled a different scent at that exact time as well. I turned to see Gon and when I looked back to Hisoka and Leorio I noticed that Hisoka moved to be behind Leorio and reached for him but Gon hit him with his fishing pole before he could get Leorio.

Once they both noticed Gon, Hisoka turned and was starting to take a step towards him when Leorio rushed towards him telling him that his fight was with him only to get punched hard in the face by Hisoka. This got Gon to charge at him with his fishing pole but before he could and I don't think he realized it Hisoka moved to behind him and kept playing around by moving all around. Then he started walking towards Gon head on as he used his fishing pole from a distance.

I realized that Gon had figured something out real quick in that short time under pressure and so this time when he tossed the fishing pole at Hisoka he slammed into the ground in front of Hisoka steering up dirt and giving him a chance to get behind Hisoka. Unfourtently Hisoka still sensed him and turned around and grabbed him by the throat.

"I have to do something! But what I don't think I could actually beat him after seeing what he is capable of." I thought to myself.

"I still need to do something!" I mumbled to myself jumping down from the tree as the clown was talking to Gon about his face and being excited as I started to creep forward toward the bushes and Hisoka but before I could attack he dropped Gon.

"What now?" I wondered.

Gon was coughing and gasping for air as Hisoka crouched down to Gons level and went on to tell him that he would not kill Leorio and that they both passed his test...his exam. Suddenly there was a high pitched ringing in my ear coming from something with a high frequency which was whatever Hisoka pulled out...a walkie talkie or something...whatever it was, bothered my ears and I tried to cover them but that didn't help.

Finally the ringing stopped Hisoka put whatever it was away before standing up. I stayed crouched down behind the bushes but rubbed my ears while to make them feel better while he walked over and picked up the unconscious Leorio.

"You can find you way back can't you?" he asked looking back at Gon who just nodded.

Hisoka waved and left, I was about to go to Gon until I heard and smelt Kurapika approach. He will help Gon. I should head back and see if Ponzu made it...also I want to make it back before Hisoka. I left and started running and once I was sure no one was close enough around me I changed into full wolf with my bag in my mouth and took off...it's easier to run on four legs instead of two.
