"We're here." You said before pressing the doorbell.

"Finally. For having legs you're really slow." Flowey said, annoyance obvious in his tone.

"Just please try to be nice."

The flower humphed before a door was opened to reveal Alphys giving a timid smile. She greeted you before glancing behind you in confusion. "Where's the other subject?"

Before you could speak, Flowey did it for you. "Try looking down you idiot!"

Alphys jumped in shock while you glared at the smug looking plant. "Flowey, I said to be nice."

"No, you said try."

"W-Wait..." Alphys' usual yellow skin tone went a much paler tone of yellow as sweat began to form. "this is th-the test subject...?"

A bitter smile spread on his face while looking at the scientist. "Don't you remember me? Lousy excuse for a doctor. You're so stupid you can't even remember anything."

The glare directed at Flowey from you intensified before you spoke in a low tone. "She's the one that's going to help you, so I suggest you stop being a jerk."

Flowey returned the glare, the both of you not being submissive and looking away. Alphys gave a fake cough causing your gaze to meet hers who was twiddling her fingers together nervously.

"You're really going to help him and endanger your-"

"What's that supposed to mean?!"

You rolled your (e/c) eyes, ignoring Flowey and answering her interrupted question with a nod. "I'm sure Alphys."

She gave a nod with a worried and sad expression. Well, it won't happen immediately.It will take a month or two for the procedure to be one-hundred percent."

A small nod was you answer while a scoff resonated from Flowey. "When will it start?"

Alphys remained quiet as she thought about this before answering. "Tomorrow. That will give me time to prepare the machine. It will also give you time to rethink this."

"Okay." You gave a nod before holding up Flowey a bit more. "Where will he stay?"

"With you. When the procedure begins there's a very high chance you'll become extremely weak. So you can just stay here when that's the case."

"And mom?"

She gave a tense shrug. "I'll just tell Toriel that yo-you're helping me w-with a project."

You gave a small nod before giving a small wave. "See you tomorrow morning then."

With that, you left with Flowey having questions as to what the two were talking about, yet refused to question it as they began home.~***~ "Now," Alphys said as a leather strap was bound around (Y/N)'s (s/c) wrists, she muttering an apology when she tightened it too much, them flinching slightly. "this will hurt, but I'm only taking a tiny bit at a time so the pain won't last more than a minute."
