She's silent and she pays a lot for it.

Remy's been bullied all her life, but she tries to keep her head up. She only talks if it's absolutely needed. And when she does, it's even worse.

She has a problem with her speech, sure, but she mostly doesn't mind because her best friend was always there and so was her brother and so was her music, even if the bands didn't know she existed.

The sound of her favorite band, Pierce the Veil, was enough for her to keep the blade away from her wrist when things got too tough, but not enough to keep away the thoughts.

She finally got to go to one of their concerts and felt everything, got to hear their amazing, inspiring music live, and got to meet the band, but lost a lot in return.

(A/N: I didn't know whether to do a Pierce the Veil or a Black Veil Brides... anyways, there might be some mentioning of self-harm and other things like that. I hope you like it...]
