You step out the sleek black car with the help of your manager and best friend. Almost immediately, two of your senses are stolen as the bright flashes blind you and the screams deafen you. Being that this is your first huge movie, you have yet to get used to all of the baggage that comes with fame. Just a year ago, it was small groups of fans that "absolutely loved your performance" during your onstage plays. You never minded at all taking 30 minutes out of your day to sign autographs. Now, one film and seventeen overall nominations later, you've found yourself at an international film festival, two hours before the actual premiere of the films to give you and other attendees time to interact with fans, photographers and interviewers. You didn't mind this either, but it's intimidating and unfamiliar presence was definitely something you weren't used to.

Careful as not to fall, you make your way down the sidewalk to the red carpet. You take your last breath before being engulfed by the white lights. Thank God your manager was there with you the whole step of the way. Unfortunately, she couldn't come on the carpet with you. The paparazzi were left for you and you only to tackle. "Back straight, shoulders down, chin up". The words run through your head as you try to remember what they taught you.

"Smile, Leeva, smile." You hear them say. It takes you a moment to register.

          "Leeva! Leeva!"

"Miss Taren! Do you have a moment?" A reporter screams from the tight compilation of people. You walk over. Anything to get the lights off of you.

"Miss Taren, thank you for coming over!" She shakes my hand enthusiastically.

"Call me Leeva." You shout over the screams of other names.

She nods. "I'm Jackie from Day After. Its an online magazine and podcast. We were wondering if we could do a mini interview."

"Fire away." You say with excitement.

"You're an up and coming actress on the silver screen, probably the best break-out star of the year---"

"No, stop" I say sarcastically. You two laugh.

"I think what we all want to know is how was it like to work with a cast full of A listers and legends? From Harrison Ford to Tom Hardy to Scarlett Johansson..."

"It was, spectacular! Jaw dropping! My heart exploded with love and I was fangirling the whole time. They were completely humble and accepted me quickly and I am forever grateful that I got to do something that I love with the people that I have adored from my own T.V. screen for years." Jackie smiles and nods as you speak into her microphone. The whole interview was heart-warming but all too quick. The last question, however caught you by surprise.

"Before I let you go back into the wild," She jokes. "Is there anyone in particular that you have your eye on today?" She inquires with a wink.

You look dumbfounded. "Oh, no..." You quickly take a glance at the other attendees. "I mean, they are all beautiful, but like a crush? No. Honestly, I've never seen half of these people before." You finally respond, trying not to sound rude.

          "Really? Not even Christopher Dalton?"

          "Who?" Your eyebrows jump.

"You don't know who Christopher Dalton is? I guess you wouldn't. He's not a huge star yet, but he's starred in a handful of successful movies since he's come on the scene. Well either way, he's spoken a lot about you."

"Me? Nobody knows me." You genuinely respond surprised.

"Nobody? I can't even begin to count how many reporters are here just to know who you are wearing! The last time we talked to him, about last month, he mentioned you quite a lot... and you should have seen the look on his face when he did! From what I heard, your name comes out his mouth a lot. I think everyone's caught on. He's absolutely obvious and hopelessly oblivious...just like you now that I mention it. You two are already a match made in heaven."
