"It was his fault."
I tried to convince myself
Though I was tearing inside
Longing for him
His eyes that outshine
Every other star in the galaxy
Staring back into my ordinary ones
Here I am again
Willfully falling for him
Deceived by the devil himself
"It was his fault."
I reminded again
His words of promises
Keep me awake at night
Wondering if they were ever true
But, I was wrong.
"It was his fault."
His words I still hear
Running inside my mind
So loud like a wildfire
But his presence is not in sight.
Oh how I wish he's here
I miss him so much.
But..
"It was his fault."
Again and again I forgot
I forget everything
When they mention his name
Every scratched, pained memory
Still recovers.
Making me alive and happy.
I will smile for a while
Wanna go back to the way it was
But then...
His sins.
His mistakes.
His broken words.
Got me brokenhearted.
"It was his fault."
I said again, sigh
All fabrications,
All daydreams
All happy memories,
Are burned into flames.
Yes, it's because...
"It was his fault."
