I was so happy
When I heard you talk
To finally hear your voice again
After your long walkYou touched my face
I couldn't stand
The butterflies in my tummy
Scattered like sandOur hands, so soft
Finally intertwined
You leaned closer to me
And whispered, "you're mine"Your eyes when you said those words
Were so sincere and true
But once again, I know you'll say
"Ha, I fooled you."You left again
But the pain lessen
Maybe I can say, "I'm used to it"
"I'm used to hear my heart breakin'"
