Mitch's POV
It as been a year of Scott and I together and honestly time has never flown by so fast. It is so amazing how time moves faster when you spend it with people you love.
Over the past year Scott and I officially came out to the media 4 months down into our relationship. We figured that it was best to build a foundation and make sure we were doing the right thing. Announcing our status on Superfruit was the most scariest yet exciting thing we have ever done , but the overwhelming support was all we need when the video was released and being able to show our love for each other was something I'll never forget when Scott kissed me on camera. It feels good , it feels really good to love someone so much, not just has a best friend but also a lover.
"Hey babe what you doing in here ?" Scott said knocking on our dressing room door opening it
"Just thinking " I said waking over to the door frame giving him a quick kiss on the lips
Scott's hands slipped around my waist and hung low around my hips.
"What about babe ?"
"Just us "
"Oh" Scott asked confused
"I'm just thinking how did I get so lucky " I said touching Scott's cheek with my hand rubbing my thumb across his cheek
"Oh yeah ?" Scott said with a smirk pulling me closer by the hips
"Yeah" I said pulling Scott down for a kiss
Scott kissed me back pulling me closer ; bodies pressed against each other while Scott's back up against the door frame. I ran my fingers through Scott's hair as I heard faint footsteps coming but couldn't care to stop right now.
"Scott ! Mitch ! We have to be on stage in 20 ! We need you for last minute hair and make up touches and oh my god " Kirstin said mouth open waking into our scene
Scott pulled away with a huge grin on his face and so did I.
"Ugh you guys are so disgustedly in love I love it and hate it but would at least keep it pg " Kirstin said walking away
"Don't act like you love it " Scott said while Kirstin walked away still a huge smile across his face
"Hey , I love you " I said looking up at Scott tugging on the hem of his shirt to look down
"And I love you " Scott said leaning forward kissing my forehead
We walked to backstage hand in hand while getting a quick hair touch up for Scott.
Scott squeezed my hand before we entered the stage mouthing the words I love you.
I guess you can say all is well. Actually scratch that everything is perfect and god I couldn't have asked for anything better to be in love with my best friend the one person who knows me the best.
