Laura sat in a booth at restaurant called 'Bojangles' with Tyonnia, Louis, and Chance.

They were talking about they're classes that they would start taking next week.

Laura constantly played with her straw. Stirring her drink constantly.

"I'm pretty sure that drink is mixed well enough." Tyonnia said to Laura.

Louis turned to Laura whom was right beside.

He looked at her with a cute but small smile on his face.

Laura looked at Tyonnia.

"I know I'm just tired." She answered.

"Do you want to leave?" Louis asked her.

"No." Laura answered.

Even though she was strangling herself to even keep her head up.

"Are you guys ready to go? I need to get a microwave for the dorm." Louis told everyone.

Everyone nodded.

"I need to get us one also." Chance said looking at Tyonnia.

"I'll pay for it." Tyonnia offered.

"What? No. I got it." Chance stated.

"We can half the bill?" Tyonnia wasn't backing down.

Chance saw this.

"You buy the food, I get the microwave and shower curtains." He made the quickest deal he could think of.

"Shower curtains? We have some up already." Tyonnia reminded him.

"They have ducks on them. Ducks! I like feeling manly in the shower. Ducks on the shower curtain, sure doesn't help with that." Chance laughed.

Tyonnia couldn't help but laugh.

Everyone figured she was laughing at the ducks on the shower curtain but Laura knew better.

She was laughing at the 'Feeling manly in the shower' part.

"Do you need me to go in half with the microwave?" Laura asked Louis.

He made a face at her but didn't answer her.

When they got to the nearest Walmart and went inside Laura found a lot of things she needed and want to buy.

She filled half the buggy before they even got to the microwave they wanted.

When they reached counter check out and everything was ringed up she pulled out her black card.

A card her parents gave to her on her right before she left for college yesterday.

She had to be catious with it.

She knew that.

Laura started to hand it to the cashier before Louis shoved his card into th cashiers hand.

"I got it." Laura said Louis.

"So do I." He smiled.

"The only thing in this buggy that you actually picked up is a food microwave and like a shirt and a pair of basketball shorts. I thought we were going in half with this." Laura mumbled.

Louis shook his head.

"I'm buying the food, the microwave, and I got the basketball shorts for you and the shirt too." Louis smiled using his teeth a little this time.

"For me? Why though?" Laura asked smiling herself.

"You seem like the lady who wears jeans and or like dressed up things all the time. Never a relaxing outfit. I'm not offending your wardrobe or anything. Don't take it that way." Louis talked really fast hopeing he wasn't offending her.
