Since Laura and Louis were still on very hard talking terms, she didn't have to worry about telling him spring break plans.
"Laura are your ready? Your brother is really annoying me." Tyonnia said rolling her eyes in frustration.
Laura parents and even Tyonnia parents were begging them to come home.
It had been months since they had actually sat with them, ate with them, seen them.
Laura brother were picking them both up.
Laura had woken up late and was now being rushed by her brother and even Tyonnia.
"Is Chance coming?" Laura asked.
"He wants to but I told him no." Tyonnia answered.
"Why? Isn't he your boyfriend?" Laura asked.
"Is Louis yours?" Tyonnia asked Laura the same question.
"No he is not." Laura answered grabbing a duffle bag full of clothes for the two weeks she would be staying at home, in her very own bed.
"Okay then." Tyonnia smiled walking out to Laura brothers car with her.
Once they were getting Chance jogged up to the car.
He waved a friendly gesture to Laura's brother but Laura's brother only gave a sour wave back.
Chance grabbed Tyonnia by her waste and pulled her in for a really long kiss.
Laura awed from the sidelines.
Chance finally let Tyonnia go and he gave Laura a quick hug.
"Be safe." He said looking dead at Tyonnia then at Laura.
Laura smiled and promised to be safe before getting into the car and buckling up.
Chance gave Tyonnia another big kiss and big bear hug before Tyonnia followed pursuit.
Once in the car and well down the road Laura brother began....
"Who was that?" He asked.
"I don't know." Laura answered.
"Tyonnia?" Laura brother asked.
"I don't know either." Tyonnia answered.
"Some random guy just happens to know your leaving today. He comes and kiss all over you Tyonnia and give you a hug Laura and tells you both to be safe. I don't think I have ever met any stranger that kind."
Laura brother was being very saracastic.
Laura sighed and looked at the backseat where Tyonnia was texting away.
"I'm gonna tell him." She said.
Tyonnia nodded.
"We have males as roommates." Laura said turning to her brother.
He nearly swerved off the road.
"WHAT?!" He asked shocked.
"It happens at that college. It's safe though." Laura pointed out.
"How in the hell is it safe, please tell me?" Laura brother asked.
"Well for one, you know how you usually hear about stories were college girls get harmed by other college guys. Well with a male roommate he can protect you from danger, specially if he gets to know you." She was thinking of Louis.
Even though she was trying to forget about the feelings she has for him, she can't help but think of all the times he was actually there for her even when she was rude and mean to him.
How he had come to that party to get her at the beach, whenever she was surrounded by strangers. People who could have harmed her, hurt her in ways that were only imaginable at this point.
"Well for one you just said male harms female college students. If you fucking living with a damn male isn't that a much easier way for him to harm you? Harm you right there in your very dorm without anyone knowing. Your reason is very invalid." Laura brother pointed out.
Laura sighed.
"And Tyonnia dating her roommate, makes it all the worse."
"I am not dating him!" Tyonnia said hitting Laura brother in the back of the head.
"Yeah well if I sure do see two people sharing public display of affection, I sure would be sure they dated." Laura brother continued.
"Whatever." Tyonnia said putting on her headphones. She didn't want to hear about it.
"I have saw Tyonnia roommate, now what does yours look like?" Her brother asked.
"You can see whenever you drop of us back off in a few weeks." Laura assured him.
"Yeah I better." Laura brother said turning his attention and focus back on the road in front of him.
