"I cannot skate." Tyonnia cried out.

She had hit the ground more times than anyone can count since they had got they're skatingboards from a near by skate store.

She had tried riding it on they're way to the park and now that they're at the park she continues to fall.

"Just sit on it, like me." Laura stated.

Louis and Change were out skating with guys who looked like pros but are really guys who practice here everyday.

Chance and Louis blended well.

Tyonnia took a seat on her board beside Laura.

"How can something that looks so easy be hard?" Tyonnia asked.

"Like a relationship." Laura suggested.

"Oh those are way harder than they look." Tyonnia said watching Chance and Louis out there doing tricks she knew none of the names too.

"I think I love Louis. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what I'm thinking." Laura told her best friend.

"You think?" Tyonnia asked.

Laura nodded her head.

"Well I know he loves you. Whenever you leave the room for any reason he starts suffocating Chance and I about things you two talk about and ask us questions about you. Like how would you feel about this or that." Tyonnia said putting on her shades.

Laura looked at Tyonnia. "Really?" She asked.

"I don't have a reason to lie." Tyonnia made her point.

"Well what about you and chance? You two seem pretty under the rater but very serious."

"I don't know. Are we dating? Are we just loving each other? Are we just friends with benefits? Are we" Tyonnia started to go on.

"You slept with him?!" Laura asked cutting her off.

Tyonnia face grew redder than the color red itself.

"What! No! I meant benefits as in kissing and cuddling!" Tyonnia said gasping her chest where her heart would be if her body was turned inside and out.

Laura laughed. "Oh I thought you slept with him whenever you said that."

Tyonnia rolled her eyes and tried to slow down her rapidly beating chest from shock.

"Have you slept with him?" Tyonnia asked.

"Louis? No. But earlier today he said you'll find out whenever you're ready. Or something like that. Maybe I was daydreaming. I don't know but that's what he said."

"Are you ready?" Tyonnia asked.

"Maybe I don't know." Laura said.

Choice picking was never her favorite thing to do.

Maybe because she never picked the right choice on her own or so it seemed that way.

Louis skated over to Laura and Tyonnia and took a seat on his board just like them.

"Tyonnia went didn't you tell me your boyfriend is a pro at this?" Louis asked breathing heavy.

"I didn't know he was." Rhombus answered.

"He never talks about skating?" Laura asked.

Tyonnia shook her head no.

"He's a freaking pro." Louis said again more to himself than to any of them.

Chance showed up minutes later. "You quite?" He asked frowning down at Tyonnia sitting on her board.

Tyonnia shrugged a shoulders. " what's a rookie to a pro?" She asked.

Chance shook his head understanding what Tyonnia was saying.

"Are we eating next or?" Chance asked.

"I think if I eat right now I'm going to skip out on all the events after food and just go back to the hotel and sleep." Laura said truthfully.

"Eating can be last." Louis pointed out.

Tyonnia laid down on her board. "If eating is last I'm staying right here on my board for the rest of the day. Go surfing, swimming, drowning, walking, and all that healthy stuff without me."

All three looked at her.

"Are you serious?" Laura asked not knowing if what she had just said was sarcasm.

"Does it look like I've moved?" Tyonnia pointed out.

"She's serious." Louis said clearing the air.

"You're being a brat." Chance stated looking at Tyonnia.

Laura eyes grew wide.

She remembered in high school whenever someone called Tyonnia a brat.

"Don't call her that." Laura told him.

"Why not? That's what she's acting like." Chance pointed out.

Laura looked at Tyonnia. "She's not going to talk to you anymore."

"What are you talking about, yes she is." Chance said sitting next to Tyonnia.

"If you want food then we can get something on the way to the beach okay?" He told her.

Tyonnia didn't even look at him.

"Why isn't she talking to me?" Chance asked looking at Laura.

"She doesn't like being called a brat. She ignored me for almost three months for calling her one, a long time ago." Laura admitted.

Chance looked at Tyonnia. "You're going to ignore me for three months? I don't think you can do that. We're roommates."

Tyonnia got up and took her board and started walking out of the park by herself.

"She's sensitive." Laura said before getting up and taking her board too.

Chance looked at Louis. "Take her back to the hotel and talk to her. If you don't try to fix it then who will?"

Chance nodded and followed Tyonnia.

Louis ran and caught up with Laura.

"Chance is taking Tyonnia back to the hotel to talk to her. Are you still up for surfing?" Louis asked.

Laura nodded. "Yeah."

Laura and Louis decided to talk to the beach partly because it wasn't far away. Actually closer.

"You're the type of friend, girlfriend, best friend, everything everyone needs in their life." Louis smiled.

But they weren't dating? Laura thought.

Laura laughed. "You've only been dealing with me for almost a month. Just wait on it." She warned him

"Just wait on it." She repeated.
