The driver finally pulled up to the beach house and I looked out the dark tented windows at Tre. He couldn't see me. I stepped out of Tahoe his eyes liked to popped his head. I walked to him and hugged him.
"So this is your outfit?" He asked looking my up and down in awe.
"Nah its just something I wore cuz it was night time. Why are you looking at me like I'm a cookie?"
"Damn girl." He licked his lips snd smirked at me. He grabbed my hand and lead me into the beach house. They had the whole living room cleaned out and it was already huge with everything in it and now it bigger. We went through all the people and sat down in the seat that said Birthday Queen and Birthday King. The music stopped and all the lights went out and two spotlights shone on us and the door. First the door open and Carman ran out with flat present wrapped and gave it to me. I shook it to see what it was.
"Open it!" She yelled. I opened the present and it was a picture of me and her when she was little with black hair. Her hair somehow changed color now. It was so pretty. It was in a frame that said best Auntee ever. I hugged her really tight and she ran away. Then the next thing I know Cai came out the door and lawd he was looking mighty fine. I had to bite my lip and look away before I started something music started to play and he took my hand.
"Can I have this last dance?" I nodded and got up. He pulled me to him in the middle of the floor. "You look sexy as fuck tonight." He whispered in my ear and I swear the sent chills down my spine. I nodded and layed my head against his chest. When the song was over I went and sat back down and he brought me my gift. I opened it and it was a ring. It was a normal circle just in crusted in diamonds on the outside. I looked up at him.
"I can't take this."
"Yeah, yeah you can. It is just a promise ring. Read the inside." I love you, A/F. Cai. Tre took the ring out my hand and put it on my right bird finger. I stood up and hugged him.
"A/F." He said.
"Always and forever." I sat down and he gave Tre his gift. He opened it and it was a gold watch that had brother's engraved in the head. Cai held up his wrist and showed him his. He stood up and gave Cai a hug. Mike came out and picked me up.
"Happy early birthday. But I am saving all your shit til your actual birthday but here is what you got. I opened the box and it was a album of pictures with Lani and Mike written on it. I went and sat down and flipped through it and it was pictures of me and him when we first became friends til now. I looked up and blew him a kiss. He caught it and the lights cut out.
